Correspondence to Sean's Mother and Her Attorney, Woodson Leslie Herring.

Another document that Sean's name was forged onto. This has been sent to the certified document examiner.

We are not sure that this guy "gets it". In the event of a federal investigation, there is no choice regarding granting any extra days to produce documents. Carol Isbell has spent more time and money getting her attorney to send letters, than she did just getting the documents together and sending them as requested.

Now, let's see if we understand this correctly. Carol Isbell's attorney, Woodson "Leslie" Herring, actually believes that she should be PAID to furnish documents as requested? The best that can be told, is that there was $116,500 taken from Sean's trust fund, that was not used for his benefit, because he was not living with her and now she wants more money? I don't think Internal Revenue Service would agree with this reasoning.

Sean's mother was sent a letter requesting that documents be produced by April 24, 2008 (as outlined by the Colorado Uniform Transfers to Minors Act). If all the documents (to include the ones proving that Sean gave her authority to sign his name on an illegal "promissory note"), then she is in violation of the Colorado Uniform Transfers to Minors Act. He supposedly has approximately $29,000 in restitution to pay, but $75,000 was taken from his trust account and he still has to pay? I think anyone, that can add and subtract, that this does not add up.

(Certified return receipts for the response. The top receipts are being cut out at this time because they reflect where information was sent to federal investigators.)
Mr. Herring, Carol Isbell's attorney, has stated "Assuming that you will also post this letter on your website. I hope you will do so in its full unmodified context." So, it has been decided to grant the wish. Immediately following, is the response.
