07/27/10:  Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

In reviewing some additional paperwork, I found the voir dire list for the jurors in Robert McClendon's case.  It reflects those that the attorneys choose to "strike" from pool of jurors.  Interesting in the ones selected to be stricken by Rifi Newaz, the prosecutor from the Harris County District Attorney's office during Robert's trial.  Attorneys, physicians, police officers..  interesting..    No doubt in looking at the strike list what Rifi's intentions were.. let's see.. those that understand the law.. understand that the man was disabled.. or how about police officers that understand that there has to be more evidence than a story that is so convoluted that no one can figure out what the deal is.. or wade through all the lies.. like the police officer that was on the scene and figured out real quick that Christine and Paula were lying.. the one that testified for Robert and Rifi Newaz called him a disgrace to his uniform.  Bet Rifi wouldn't look at that officer the same way if his life was in danger.  In fact, I would even go on to bet that Rifi would hide behind that officer and expect that officer to shield him.  Let me add here, after finding all these writings that Christine and her little girls left behind.. I would say that Rifi, along with McClelland, are a disgrace to the the Harris County District Attorney's office and to the Criminal Justice System.

Oh, speaking of being a disgrace.. wasn't it Rifi Newaz who got busted from the court room?  *laffin*  Yep.. karma is a *itch.. isn't it Rifi... 

Now, we are not going to tell you what we are up to now, but I would say that those familiar faces that Christine and Paula saw in court, will not look at them the same way ever again after they see what we have found.  *laffin*  It PROVES they lied and set Robert up.  How stupid can people be?  Well.. when we get this settled, we are going to put everything up on the website for everyone to take a look at and see what they left behind.  Or, Christine and Paula.. shall we beg you again to sue us or, do you just want to wait until they come and get you for aggravated perjury?  *laffin*  Either way, it will come out.  Actually, I would like you to sue us so we can counter sue you both.. and after we show what we have.. there is no doubt we would win.  But honestly, I do believe this stuff will be settled before you could get the ink dry on suit papers. *laffin*

Today is Friday.  That means we are down to within 7 days of getting everything to the court.  All the evidence, to include the documents that were located in the boxes.  It has been a long time, but the time is finally here.  Seven days is nothing compared to the years we have had to endure fighting the lies of Christine and Paula Trent, but now, we have the transcripts, the writings that were found and transcripts from another source where it comes straight from the horse's mouth that Christine is nothing but a liar.  What better evidence, than that from your own kid calling you a liar.  That should be interesting.  Not only does your own kid call you a liar, but a piece of sh*t.  Now you can fill in the blanks.  *laffin*  Oh, and trust me, we have more than that.  Wonder what the judge is going to think about that.  Let's see.. fraud.. hmmmm... yep.. got that too.. the proof on paper. 

Keep watching the website because, the day the paperwork goes to the judge.. it will be posted.  Then, count your days down.  The judge is going to be so angry with you two for the lies you have told.. and she is going to KNOW you lied because you wrote it on paper.  I do believe I will submit this stuff to the "World's Dumbest Criminals".  That should make a good show.

07/18/10:  Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

Now things are going to get interesting.  The last stage is complete for review by the judge.  That means.. count down!  Yeah buddy!  The judge will finally get to review EVERYTHING and see what Christine and Paul had planned all along.  The judge will have to render a decision based on the new evidence that has been submitted.  You know.. all the writings that were certified by the forensic handwriting analysis, along with a report being submitted to the judge.  The judge is going to be horrified at all the evidence, knowing that an innocent man was set up.  The judge is not going to appreciate being made a fool of.  What's that old saying?  I know.. "throw the book at'em!"  *laffin*  Let's see.. how much prison time can a person get for two offences of aggravated perjury in court?  Long enough to make some very close friends in prison.. that's how long.  Oh, and Christine and Paula.. I know it has been very difficult to get you up off your fannies to go to work, but they make you work in prison.  *laffin*  I know.. I used to work in them as  Lieutenant.  Then, you get to go to sleep with all your new friends.  A warning.. sleep with one eye open.  *laffin*

It has been a long time coming, but it is all finally at the bottom of the hill.  Looks like we will be finished with this part before the property goes to court.  Can you just imagine getting to haul people into the small claims court wearing orange?  *laffin*  Should be pretty funny.

07/09/10:  Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

After just about losing all faith in the Harris County Criminal Justice System, my faith has been restored due to one judge, the HONORABLE Judge Kevin Fine.  A county employee, Eloise Mireles and her husband, Daniel Mireles pled guilty to taking more than $250,000 in funds from the Victim's Fund.  Not only did he give them 180 days in jail, he sentenced them to standing on the corner of Westheimer and Post Oak in Houston holding a sign admitting their crime.  They are also required to put a sign in front of their house that says they are thieves.  I could not have found the sentence more fitting.

One thing I do want to bring up here, is the statement made by the Harris County District Attorney, Pat Lykos.  In another article published on this issue by Houstonpress.com,  Pat Lykos stated, " I want people to know that we will not tolerate this behavior in Harris County and we will continue to vigorously prosecute offenders."  Really???  Flying on the coat tail of Judge Kevin Fine's outstanding performance in the court room.  Trust me, the HCDA has NOT vigorously pursued prosecuting criminals.  They will not prosecute their own witnesses for aggravated perjury, even though the transcripts were taken to their office which proves that their witnesses lied in court to prosecute an innocent man.  I say, Judge Kevin Fine should be the next Harris County District Attorney!  At least, when he says he is going to do something, he does it.  That is more than I can say for the one we have now.

One thing I want to see, is the face of HCDA Pat Lykos and Judge Vanessa Velasquez when they see the documents that we found.  There will be no doubt about Christine and Paula's guilt of setting up an innocent man and stealing everything he owned.  Not only do I want to see them in prison, they need to pay restitution and walk around with signs, along with planting one right in their front yard at 10122 Lasaber Court in Houston.  Now that would be justice!

Time is running short for us and we feel that after all the documents are seen, justice will be served.

07/07/10:  Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

As I sat here and watched the video I did, which was addressed to Christine and her daughters, I get angry.  I get angry that someone could have no little of ethics and morals that they would ruin someone's life with their lies and have no conscious.  I think that is because my mom, who is an absolutely wonderful woman, engrained in me to always do what is right.  Don't lie, cheat or steal.  All the things that I have seen happen in what Christine and Paula has done.  Such disgusting behavior.  You wonder how people could do such a thing and it not bother them, that is, until things happen to prove that they are the liars they are.

I made a couple of phone calls today to check on things and, after a very long wait, it is getting wrapped up.  I can't tell you how that feels.  We thought for sometime that it would finish sooner, but things come in God's time.  That is what my mom always said, and in this case, very true.  If things had not have been moving as slow as they have, we would not have found the documents.  Thank you God.

I can't wait for others to see those documents.  I think about what my family has been put through because of the lies Christine and Paula have told and it makes me want to cry, but then again, it makes me very angry.  Where I would have had sympathy for them to go through a prosecution, if they had done the right thing, I find myself on the opposite end wanting them to be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.  That is what would be fair in this case.

As I was watching that video where I was talking about prison, I remembered my times of working in the prisons.  My last stint was in a women's prison.  It was not pretty.  I found it to be the worst duty I ever had.  One thing about it, if a male inmate tells you he is going to do something to you, for sure, he is going to do it and you just better watch out.  It is not the same in a women's prison.  Those women inmates don't tell you crap, they just do it to you.  I remember a time when an inmate was woke in the middle of the night because her face was getting sliced up by a razor blade by another inmate.  It was one of the most horrible sites I had ever seen.  Her face was slit wide open, to the bone.  She never saw it coming.  By the time the other inmate got through with her, she had over 85 stitches in her face alone, not even counting the fact that she was almost scalped.  It was so bloody that I will always keep that memory.  Do I wish that to happen to Christine and Paula?  No, I would never wish for someone to be physically hurt like that, but that doesn't mean that I don't want them to go to prison.  If they have to deal with people like that, well.. they only have themselves to blame.  They could have lessoned the blow by admitting they lied, but no, they want to hold out until we drag all these documents in front of officials and make them come after them.  That is their choice, I didn't do it, they did.  Not smart, but what can you expect from a few uneducated idiots?  You get what you ask for...

I'm going to be meeting with a couple of people this week to review and finish wrapping up things.  Thank God I can see an end to this tunnel, and there is a light.  Oh, but I do believe that is a freight train... Christine..  Don't say you weren't warned.

07/04/10:  Good morning citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

Happy Independence Day!  Well, it is for most, except for those who's Constitutional rights have been violated by the criminal justice system and, real criminals who lie in court, namely, Christine and Paula Trent.  This is the ultimate violation of civil rights, the abuse of the criminal justice system to take away someone's freedom.

Even though Robert is not really celebrating this July 4th, his "Independence Day" will come on another day, which we will celebrate.  That is the day when everyone gets a good look at the documents that we have found.  The judge and prosecutors will realize that they have prosecuted the wrong person.

Yes, the wheels of justice move quite swiftly when they are looking at prosecuting someone, but move very slowly when reversing the wrongs that have been committed.  The final paperwork is being prepared to be sent to the judge, along with the others that are sitting, pending the additional paperwork.  They are not going to like what they see...  Most of all... judges and prosecutors do not like being made fools of and punishment could not only come swiftly, but severe.

In the video I previously wrote about, the woman did not get as severe a punishment as she could have received.  The reason is because she actually confessed to lying in the court to prosecute an innocent man.  In the case of Christine and Paula Trent, the circumstances are quite different.  They are going to wait until their butts are drug into court, which is going to anger the judge and prosecutors even more, pretty much assuring that the punishment will be much worse.

Oh, and you think that the statute of limitations is up?  NOT!  First, it is 5 years from the last offense, which is in September of 2006, which means, without the rulings by the Supreme Court, the statute of limitations would not run out until September of 2011.  Then there is rulings of the Supreme Court, which extends the statutes even further.

Even with all of this, the writings, which have been certified by a forensic handwriting analyst, came at a very good time.  Not enough time to prove Robert's innocence, but in time to bring it to the court that proves Christine and Paula set Robert up.  The people I have shown these writings to ask, "How can someone be so stupid to put such a thing in writing?"  My only answer to that question is, "Look at the caliber of people we have been dealing with, total idiots."

Things haven't been moving as fast as we would have liked but, one thing for sure is, it is moving and we are almost at the bottom of this hill.  When it hits bottom, that will be Robert's Independence Day and, a day that Christine and Paula Trent will request that they ever put the wheels in motion that will cease their independence.

Oh, and Christine, I suggest you start saving your pennies for a criminal attorney because I'm sure that Ms. Heppard would not agree to defend you in a criminal trial when she finally sees (by the documents we have) that you are a liar and a criminal, not the "victim" you proport to be.  We are just waiting on the court date unless, the criminal court gets their review done before you go to small claims.  Just think, you could be brought into the small claims court in orange because, if you think for one minute we would drop the property case because you get arrested for lying in criminal court, think again.

06/26/10:  Good afternoon citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

I was watching a video on ABC's 20/20 called "In an Instant".  I suggest all watch this video.  Here is the link..  http://abc.go.com/watch/2020/SH559026/VD5547550/in-an-instant  The reason I feel that all watch this video, is because it could teach everyone a lesson.  For Pat Lykos and the HCDA's that prosecuted Robert, it teaches that you can not take what people say at face value.  There are some people that are flat out liars.  They would lie when the truth would be better.  They have no regard for the person's life, or the families they are destroying.  They have no conscious and allow people to pay a price for their wickedness.

For Christine and Paula, it teaches you what your lies have done to Robert.  A man who loved you with all his heart and raised you children as though you were his own, even when your own father had nothing to do with you.  Of course, we find out later it is because your mother, Christine, lied on him too.

After everything we have been through with Robert, as I watched the video, I asked myself, could I forgive Christine and Paula for what they have done if they ever told the truth?  I don't know.  That is a hard question because it has gone on for so long.  If they would have done so in the beginning, yes, but after all this time, well I don't know.  I'm angry, not only for Robert, for all the people who suffer at the hands of the criminal justice system because of liars.  I've talked to so many, listened to their stories and still, I find it hard to believe that people can be so wicked, black in their hearts, to use the criminal justice system to mistreat people.  The very system that was set up to protect people, people now have to protect themselves from, along with the true criminals, the liars.

I've often wondered, how can Christine stand up in front of others and call Robert a convicted felon, knowing in her heart that he isn't the criminal she has persuaded people he is.  How does Christine and Paula look in the mirror at themselves and not see the monsters that they are?  To be honest, I would rather be a convicted felon, than known to be someone that is heartless, a liar, a person who destroys people's lives with their lies.  I guess that would make Robert the better person.

As I watched the video, I found a small sense of renewal for humanity because the young woman would come forward and tell the truth, that the lies she swore to never happened.  Even though this young woman is now a convicted felon, I have more respect for her than I could ever find for Christine and Paula.  This young woman knows that one day, she will come face to face with God and would have already paid for the horrible crime of taking time from a man who did not deserve it.  With all this, even though I don't like what she did to the man, I have a lot of respect for her.  I, like her victim, wish her well.  This is my lesson from the video.

They say the truth always comes to light.  Let's see.. what is it that Pat Lykos said?  "Sunshine is the best disinfectant."  Is finding the old writings from Christine and her daughters in the box and bringing them out.. brining them into the sunshine?  Yes.  Nothing ever says buried in the closet, the skeletons always come out.  Not only was Robert hurt by the fact that people he loved so much could do such a horrible thing to him, he finds out through all of the writings that Christine cheated on him while they were together.  I don't think that there is another piece of this man that can be removed because Christine and her daughters have just cut every piece out of his heart.  How do people do this?  I don't know.  I'm not cut from that type of fabric.  Some people don't like me because I'm straight up, tell the truth and always let people know where I stand.  The only kind of people who don't like people like me, is people who are liars, cheats and thieves, people like Christine and Paula.

With all the things that have been found, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind what transpired in that house where Robert, Christine, Paula and Sara lived.  Robert was the victim of abuse, the worst kind, the use of the criminal justice system because people who did not want to be there just didn't have the courage to just leave because they just didn't want to be there anymore, because they lived with a disabled man, a man who could not provide for them as he used to and, what is his punishment for being disabled, he is set up, framed for a crime he did not commit.  Christine, Paula and Sara, you should be ashamed of yourselves.  For all of you that think about lying for them when court time comes, I would think twice about it, as there is evidence that proves what we are saying.  Do you want to lie for them and put yourself in the same category as them, not to mention the possibility of getting charged with aggravated perjury yourself?  Are they worth it?  Personally, I don't think so, but that is a chance you take.

I was reading the article about the teenager, Chad Holley.  I found it quite disturbing that officers, who swore to uphold the law and protect citizens, would beat this kid after handcuffing him.  In my personal opinion, this makes them cowards.  Should people who abuse others by using their position, a position where they have been entrusted with protecting others, serve the maximum punishment stipulated by law, or maybe double or triple, ABSOLUTELY!

It is also my personal opinion that if public servants prosecute people in our courts without doing their jobs, should serve the same sentence/punishment that is awarded to the innocent person once it is proven that the person is innocent, especially if it is blatant.

In the article, Pat Lykos, the Harris County District Attorney stated, ""People should know and they should be assured that the Houston Police Department and the Harris County District Attorney will thoroughly investigate and vigorously pursue those who abuse their positions of trust," District Attorney Pat Lycos said." 

Now, let me tell you where I have a problem with this...  "the Harris County District Attorney will thoroughly INVESTIGATE and VIGOROUSLY pursue..  that abuse their positions of trust."???   What about THOROUGHLY investigating cases that have been brought before her where it is clearly blatant that the state's witnesses lied to get an innocent man prosecuted?  Isn't that abuse of  "their positions of trust"?  Doesn't the public "trust" that people who are elected into our public offices and who hire those to work under them, to do their jobs?  Pat Lykos should be held just as responsible for the people who work for her that do not do their jobs to protect the innocent, as the Sgt. who was the supervisor over the officers who beat Chad Holley.  After everything I have seen that has transpired in Robert's case, I put all those people in the HCDA in the same category as the officers who beat that teenager.  Of course, this is my personal opinion, but if I show people what Robert's malicious prosecution has done to him and our family, I'm very sure I can convince people I am right in my opinion.

Now, what would she do to the people who don't do their jobs and the people who lied?  Better yet, what is Pat Lykos going to do when she sees the writings from Christine Trent, which are certified?  The writings prove Robert was set up.  How many times was this case taken to the HCDA?  Now there is more, more that proves what we have been saying all along.  Yes, they will get there and I wonder what Pat Lykos is going to say then...  I don't think she will be very pleased with Christine and Paula Trent.  I won't bust on Pat Lykos anymore, as long as she does everything she can to give them the maximum sentence stipulated by law for aggravated perjury.  Oh, and it sure wouldn't hurt my feelings either if Rifian Newaz was fired for not doing his job and maliciously prosecuting Robert.

Just finishing up a few things tomorrow and it is on its way to the judge.  Hmmm.. wonder what that judge is going to say..  ??  Especially all the times that Christine and her family called that judge swearing Robert, or one of us were calling Christine.. etc.  Bet she see Christine and Paula in a whole new light.

On the "Federal" note, yes, I informed Robert's attorney that I had all the proof that Christine has committed a federal crime.  Just think, if the people in Pat Lykos' administration had done their jobs, they would have got them a seasoned criminal instead of an innocent man.  Pat Lykos would have actually gotten the credit for that, but I guess she passed that one up.  Heck, let the Feds get the credit.

I do believe that we had quite a few visitors to the website today.  Good to see you got your message.  Think we are kidding?  NOT!  There will come a day that you will see what we are talking about.. telling you that we have.  Oh come on Christine..  haven't called your attorney yet?  Oh, and by the way, "Federal" does not mean "Harris County".. it means "Federal".  And for our other visitors, if you would have paid attention, and done your jobs, you would have caught you.. oh.. let's see.. what did the lady say that I spoke with about this "Federal" crime you committed?  That's right.. she called you a "career criminal".  LMAO     We talked about all the crap you have done, all the crimes you have committed.  I even told her about the property suit coming up and that I fully intended to bring a lot of these papers I've been telling you about to court.  I want to see the look on your attorney's face when she realizes she has been helping a "career criminal".. a liar.. a thief.. and a cheat.

And all those phone calls you make complaining about what we are saying about you... or checking on finding out who we've talked to?  Tell you what you do.. you go and talk to a civil attorney about suing us.. PLEASE DO!  I can tell you how that will come out.. you will LOSE.. you LOSER, with a capital "L"!  With an "L" on your forehead.. and a BIG scarlet "A" on your chest..   Actually, I think you should tattoo them on permanently because you will never change. 

Remember a few months ago when we dedicated a song to you.. Cher Bono?  We dedicate it to you again.  How fitting.. LMAO!

Heck.. I'm still thinking on calling Ms. Heppard and talking to her.. but then I would miss the chance that she might just slap you through a wall after she sees everything we have and then knows for sure you have lied to her all along.  Would I miss that?  I'm really going to have to think about it...  It could be worth watching you pick yourself up off the floor..  hmmmmm.....

I don't think things could get any better!  OMG!  After some more digging through piles of paper, we find MORE!  I do believe that this is one of the best ones.  Can you say KARMA?   *ROFLMAO*  I could not wait to make some phone calls when I got those papers in my hands.  I was so excited, I couldn't hardly sleep.  Of course, I had to turn them over too. 

Christine, let's put it this way, YOU ARE SO SCREWED!  Ms. Heppard, or no other attorney can get your fanny out of this one.  OMG!  I can just see Heppard's face now!  Maybe she will get to come see your fanny in jail to discuss your little petty property case.  I had to ask if we could be there to watch the arraignment when they finish tying up their paperwork on you.

You know, Obama was, nor is not my favorite, but I can say that he did one thing right.  He signed a bill that will extend the statute of limitations on this one and guess what?  Yep, you guessed it, that means your "crime" is well within the statute of limitations!  Too funny!  Thank you Obama for signing that bill.  You can do the research to find out which one I'm talking about and trust me.. I had (because I handed it over) ALL the PAPERWORK that proves you committed the crime!  Let's see.. you were born May 31, 1966.  Hmmmm.. that means you are 44.  That means you could be a VERY OLD FEMALE (because I hesitate to use the word woman or lady in your case) before you get out of prison.  Wonder how you are going to feel getting six times what you tried to do to Robert.  You will be old and uglier (if that is possible) than you are. 

Should we tell Ms. Heppard about your crime..??  Hmmmm... nah.. maybe you should think about it before they handcuff you.  I don't think anyone will be able to bail your fanny out.  The bail on this one is pretty high.  Oh.. did I say "Federal"?  ROFLMAO  Yep.. I do believe I did..

I saw something that Sara wrote on her MySpace page that I thought was quite interesting.  "Life is not so much about what you have done but what you make out of it and what you learn from it."  I wonder, with what they have done to Robert and hiding it, not telling the truth.. does this fall into it?  There is something that Glenn Beck was talking about today.. honesty is the best policy.  Now, that means, TELL THE TRUTH.  It also means, if you know the truth, then you should tell someone.  Do you withhold the truth, standing behind liars and telling the same lies?  Is that "learning from it"?  I don't think so.  In fact, I think it is quite hypocritical.

You know, I believe in karma.  When you do someone really wrong, it comes back at you.  Maybe not exactly in the same way, but it does come back.  Then there is the saying, "the truth always comes out".  We found out more when we found all the writings.  You know, the ones everyone will see again.  Maybe that will be the lesson.  DON'T FRIGGIN LIE! 

Well, time has moved a little slow, but we have one more step before everything goes in front of the judge.  I wish I was going to be a fly on the wall when the judge sees what we have found.  What I really want to see, and I will have the opportunity, is when Christine and Paula see what we found in all those old boxes of papers.  *laffin*  And better yet, the look on Christine's attorney's face when she is looking at Christine as the crap comes out.  OMG!  TOO FUNNY!  Just counting down the days.

Good morning!  Looks like we had visitors yesterday from the University of Houston.  Hmmm...  We're wondering..  Did Christine tell her attorney the truth?  I doubt it.  She probably just called her attorney and whined about the website.  It is going to be interesting what her attorney, and the jury, will think of Christine and her family after we show them what we have that proves what they have done.  Can't wait to see Ms. Heppard's face.  *laffin*  Can't wait to see Christine's either.  Maybe instead of crying on the stand, she will just piss in her pants.  You know.. damned if you do.. damned if you don't.

Good evening people!  I hesitate to use the word "ladies" because there are a few that I would NEVER call ladies and I surely don't want to ever give them the impression that I think that they are anymore than just.. trash.. on top of being liars, cheats and thieves.  I'm sure after the evidence that we found is presented, that I won't be the only person that will come to the same conclusion.  We are preparing for the court date.  We have all the evidence, know the right questions (you know.. the damned if you do.. and damned if you don't ones).. just have to decide which order we want to present them to the jury.

What I want to see, is the looks on the members of Christine and Paula's family members when they see what we have.  I'm just curious Christine and Paula.. did you lie to your family members too?  Bet says you did and we'll know when we see the looks on their faces when they see what you have written in your own handwriting.. certified no less. *ROFLMAO*

Next, I want to see the look on Christine's attorney's face.  Now that is going to be priceless.  Bet says Christine has lied to her too.  Wonder what Ms. Heppard will think of her client when she gets blindsided with what we have.  OMG!  Definitely would be a Kodak moment. *laughing hysterically until there are tears*

Christine.. confused?  No, you are just a liar, cheat and thief and now we can prove it.  You won't be crying except for any reason than you left it in your own handwriting exactly what you are and you won't be able to lie your way out of it.  *too funny!*

Yes, all that evidence has been turned over and we are just waiting.  Maybe we will get lucky and they will have Christine and Paula's butts in Harris County orange jumpsuits coming to court.  That is how bad it looks for you two right now.  We have ABSOLUTE proof that you set Robert up.  GET IT?  ABSOLUTE PROOF THAT YOU TWO SET ROBERT UP.  Know what that is?  Oh.. that's right.. a FELONY!  And, Christine, as your own child says, you're not a mother and you are a liar.  In fact, your two girls said the same thing.  That's right.  They said you are a piece of (and I'll use the mild word here) crap.  *laffin*

If you don't believe me.. I now have the transcripts.  It is amazing what you can get with a subpoena.  You can get all kinds of stuff...  useful stuff...  what is even better, is if you try to lie your way out of it.   No doubt that you will try..  but I will guarantee you, by the time we get through, the jury will see you in the EXACT light that we do, along with all the rest of your "victims".

Oh, and that judge you kept calling saying that we, and Robert, were calling you (when you know damn well and good that was a damn lie like all the rest).. wait until she sees what we found.  I do believe she is going to be pissed as hell at you for all the lies you and Paula told in that court because she is going to know for sure you set Robert up... you lying piece of crap.

I know.. it has been a few days since you've heard from me, but I've been really busy.  Roger and I was talking about some of the things we found out and were laughing about the fact of how we CAN nail everyone down.  Too funny!  I can't wait to ask the questions... get the answers.. and then prove they are liars with what we have found.  The ONLY way that they would not be proven to be liars will be that they tell the truth.  Hmmm.. wonder what that will cost them.  Either way.. the looks will be PRICELESS!  Trust me, we are not going into this unarmed.. definitely not like the last time.  The only people that will be blindsided this time, is Christine, Paula.. a few other of her family members.. and of course.. don't leave out the attorney. 

I was talking to another attorney today and told him what we had and he just busted out laughing.  He said he wanted to come to "the show".  He said after he has seen everything, he wouldn't miss this one for the world because he wants to see the look on the attorney's face.  *LMAO*

Let me give you a hint of what is going to happen.  Ever heard of "damned if you do, damned if you don't"?  It won't matter how the questions are answered, either way it will be bad. *ROFLMAO*  I guess that is what they call getting your butt backed up against the wall.

One thing is for sure.. try to lie in this court.. we will PROVE you commit perjury.  The ONLY way out, is to tell the truth.. but then again.. that will get you in some hot water too. OMG!  Can it get any better?

For all those that thought they were being slick, or going to be.. guess again..  Think before you answer.. you just might see something that will ABSOLUTELY prove you to be a liar.  Think I'm playing?  NOT!  This will be the ONLY warning you get.. don't lie.  If you do, and we CAN/WILL prove you to be a liar, we will ask the judge right there for perjury charges.  *tears in the eyes from laughing so hard*

Can things get any better?  When I was at the attorney's office yesterday, he was saying it would be great to have something that shows that something was pawned or sold.  Well, of all the things.. then a receipt for a gun gets found, with a serial number on it.  Yep, it is being traced.  This will show that Robert purchased it, it was sold, etc.. yep.. serial numbers register with the sheriff's department and wa-la!  The search for the gun starts tomorrow, and with technology, can definitely be tracked.  I was told that they located a computer, stolen in Florida, and sold in Houston.  Imagine that.  Now, just think of the regulations regarding registration of weapons.  Hmmmm....   Try lying your way out of that one.  Oh, besides, didn't Paula already say all of you were liars?, of course regarding her family.  *laffin*

Life is good!  Have one more meeting with the attorney tomorrow to tweak the habeas.  That means.. ta-da.. the last step is completed and it gets filed.  Good to see that is coming, but I'm sure that there are a few that won't be so happy.

Oh, I would like to thank all of the people who have sent me wonderful comments on the last video.  Thanks!  I think I might have gotten the point across, but when I look at those women's mentality, it would be highly doubtful.  I would have to take it down a lot of notches to get to the level that they could possibly understand.  Maybe that would be an encouragement for them to go and get some education, but that is highly doubtful also.  They would have understood the lesson.. guess they will have to get it another way.

Speaking of lessons.. Remember Mister Rogers' Neighborhood?  Can you say "suh-pee-nuh"?  Let me help you out here.. subpoena is defined as:  "noun - The usual writ for the summoning of witnesses or the submission of evidence, as records or documents, before a court or other deliberative body." (www.dictionary.com).  To break it down for dummies, this is a piece of paper filed to get a court order to make someone produce evidence.  Some of the things that can be acquired through a subpoena are phone call records, emails, transcripts, oh... and social networking transcripts like Facebook or MySpace (which stay on servers for a very long time.. that's how they catch predators).. let's see.. how about something such as statements made by Paula Trent regarding her mother and her family.. hmmmm... yes.. that could be acquired.. such as..

How about Paula talking about how her family members being liars.. this is interesting.. the pot calling the kettle black.. *laffin*

I have not read through all of this, but it is amazing what you can find in transcripts.  I wonder what else is in all these thousands of pages.. hmmm...  here is an interesting one..  This is where Paula is expressing her opinion of her mother.. OMG!  *laffin*  I know.. I know.. overlook her lack of ability to spell.. *laffin*  could it  be she was drunk.. or just smoking her weed.. or just uneducated, which she can thank her "mom" for...  Christine.. guess we now know what your child thinks of you.. *laffin*  Her opinion of you is no different than ours, so maybe she is on the right track.. for once.. but has a LONG way to go.

Really can't put more on here because we have to save some for court.. but WOW!  The people who come out of the woodwork!  How about the double agents?  You know.. those who think that their antics will never come out into the open..  Interesting..  but.. some don't understand.. there is a difference between a double agent and a mole..  I do believe that has to do with the fact that "both" organizations trust the person..  "trust" being the key word here.  Just in case some don't get it, a mole is defined by the dictionary as spy who operates from within an organization, against his or her own government from within its intelligence establishment, or against their own people.  You would think, if they were really smart, that they would know that eventually their actions would be exposed.. hmmm...

I know.. you haven't heard from me in a few days.  Life gets busy as you know.  Yes, we had a bit of a stall, nothing major, like getting set up for a crime you didn't commit, just little stuff.  When you are leading an honest life, like working for a living and not leaching off the taxpayers.. and scamming people.. things do get busy.  But, things are back on a roll.  That is a good thing.  As I heard yesterday, just a few more days!  YEAH!  I can't wait to hear what the judge has to say about the documents, and the fact that they are certified by a forensic handwriting analyst, certifying that they are the writings of Christine.  Stupid woman, and I use that term lightly.. I actually have other words for people like her..  hmmm.. bow-wow.. *laffin*

Hey Christine.. get the message?  Want to come to my front yard, sign a waiver and then smirk at me?  I didn't think so.  The only time you do things like that is when you have people behind you.  I'll even give you the first shot... but it will be your last.  I really don't expect to see you take up the invitation.  How about Paula?  No, I didn't think so.  That's right, I'm not disabled, that's the reason you won't do it to me, like you did Robert.  That's right, you only take advantage of people who can't defend themselves.  That means you two are cowards.

Well, hello boys and girls!  On top of the phone call conversations with a couple of reporters, informing them of what we have found, it was decided that this case is going back to the Harris County District Attorney's office.  Wonder what they are going to think of the letters and journals?  Hmmm...  bet they see it like everyone else does.. that Christine and Paula set him up?  I'm sure... 

Now, with that being said, wonder what Pat Lykos is going to think.  There is all this stuff on the internet about going after people who don't stop at an accident, failure to stop and render aide.  What about letting people lie in court and then their confessions come out in letters, journals and transcripts?  What about the fact that they are certified to be the writings of the people who lied in the court room?  Imagine the publicity Pat Lykos could get off of that...  When does campaigning for re-election start?  *laffin*  That is when you seem to get the most progress out of people who have, or trying to be elected, to a public office.  They want to make a name for themselves.

Well, nice to see you are visiting on a regular basis!  Do you really think you are going to find out what is going on, or what we found?  Let me tell you right here and now.. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!  I will tell you again, the habeas is getting filed with the writings we have found, that have been certified by a forensic handwriting analyst, that were written in letters and journals.  You are stupid for putting it in writing.  I just sent the attorney an email telling him what you have put Robert, and our family through and I will not rest until you all are prosecuted for what you have done.  The difference between before, when we were arguing with the Harris County District Attorney's office, and now, is that we have proof.  You can not lie you way out of your own writings.  Like Roger said, it is like throwing your driver's license on the counter of the bank, after you rob it.  You are just going to have to sit, wait, wonder, but most of all, get scared... IT'S COMING!

Yes, we understand it is going to take a bit of time for it to go through the habeas process, but I can tell you, when Judge Velasquez, and the Harris County District Attorney's office, reads what you all wrote on paper, it will make them fall out of their chairs.  They will feel like I did when I was called and told what was found, and they were read to me, I started shaking because I could not believe what you all had written and left in that house with all the other trash.  Guess you thought it would all be thrown away, or you are just as stupid as we thought you were.  When the crap hits the fan this time, it is going to come right back at you, a lot of it!  I can see it now! *ROFLMAO*  Your attorney is going to REALIZE that she tried to protect a liar and a thief.  I can see her face now.  She is going to hate you for putting her in that position.

You know what would be really funny?  Is if you tried to call the judge again with all your bullcrap while she has those writings in her hands, reading them.  She just might send police officers right out to pick your fanny up right then.  LMAO

Oh, and by the way, the suit over the property is not going away either.  Some of the things we found will be used in that court too.  They will show what a low life you are, Christine.  I can't wait to see your face in that court.  Trust me, it won't be like the last one.  There will be no doubt in the jurors minds.  Oh, and thanks for the jury trial, we were going to request one, but you saved us the time.  Now, instead of looking like a low life just in front of your attorney and judge, you can look like a low life in front of the jurors too. *ROFLMAO*  Oh, and we have requested a court of record so we can listen to you stutter and start crying again because you WILL BE caught in your own lies, that is unless, you actually tell the truth for once, which is highly doubtful since you wouldn't know the truth if it slapped you in the face.

Today was another incredible day.  I met with Robert's attorney and he is so positive about the habeas!  We would like to extend a special THANK YOU to Christine and Sara Trent for all the writings and journals left behind in the home after the little stunt of setting Robert up.  Also, it is amazing what the little of things tell.  What might not seem like anything to someone, can definitely make a BIG difference in the way a case is viewed, or what it reflects.  For that, we have to extend a big THANK YOU to Paula Trent for screwing that one up.

Things are definitely on the go now.  The attorney did explain that it is going to be a bit of time waiting, but that is okay.  When you look at it all, you don't mind a little time.  It is what we expect after the fact, we expect all of them to be prosecuted for what they have done and now, for what we can prove by the writings. 

I wonder, do they remember what they wrote?  Probably not... they can't even remember what they have told from one court appearance to the next.  What I want to see is.. when they are questioned about the writings, and they try to lie about it, that it will one absolutely prove that they are liars and next, that they are stupid for putting it on paper.

Again..     A BIG THANKS TO CHRISTINE, PAULA AND SARA!  You put Robert in this mess.. and all these writings of yours will surely get him out of it.  One point I want to bring up here.. after we get all this settled with Robert, we are definitely going to be filing against every one of you for defamation.. and all the damages.  You can definitely expect it because.. IT IS COMING.  It is on the down hill slide.

Good morning boys and girls!  Life is good...  Roger and I was just talking today about something and I thought that I would post it up here to see what you thought.  Do you know when someone is full of crap and that they are liars?  Roger told me he knew exactly when you could tell.  It is when a people dish out as much crap and there isn't a lawsuit filed against us.  We have said... etc.. about as much as we can towards people and none of them have stepped up with a lawsuit.  You know why?  We do.. it is because they KNOW what they did.. they are liars.. and they don't want it to come out more.  Oh, but too late!  We found the documents and journals!  I guess that means that the tide has turned and we get to file the civil suit.  Imagine that..  That means, what you tried to avoid by not filing a lawsuit.. we get to bring out when we file one.. and if you think I'm joking.. guess again.  One thing is for sure, if we were on the opposite end, and someone had done to us, what we have done, a lawsuit would have been filed.

I spoke with the attorney again.  The habeas is ready to be review.  NICE!  We are getting together and it will be filed this next week.  Want to make sure we get it all the points in there about what is on the documents and what they contradict in the protective order and trial testimony.  I wonder what the good ole judge is going to think about this stuff.  Now you know, when a habeas is filed, the D.A.'s office gets to see this stuff. *laffin*  Then, I do believe we will have it personally delivered to to a retired prosecutor, just to show him that he prosecuted an innocent man.

There is another thought.. when people used to hunt many years ago, they would set fire to the forest or weeds to drive the animals into the open so that they could shoot them.  Wonder what, or who, would be driven out into the open if we did something like that... hmmmm.....  yep.. guess we are going to have to set a fire in the weeds too, and I have the perfect idea!  LMAO  I do believe I'm going to have to get the attorney to work on that too.  Shouldn't take too long with a subpoena.. which we could surely get with the other new stuff I have...  And, let me give you a hint.. it's not the documents or journals. 

One thing is for sure.. when Forrest Gump said that life was like a box of chocolates.. you never know what you are going to get.. he was so right.  Never in our wildest dreams did we ever think we would find these documents and be able to go back and bust someone's chops with them.  I guess that means we found the good piece.. with caramel.. with the good nuts.  *snickerin*

Today was a very good day!  I spoke with the attorney that I handed all the documents to in order for him to file the habeas.  It looks good.. no.. it looks great.  I am very excited about that predetermination.  Now, why don't we talk about that for a moment..  Let's see, he and I are going to go over the habeas the first of this next week to make sure all the points are made.  Then it will be filed.  Then we get answer.. which right now looks like we will get a positive answer.  Now, let's see.. once we get that.. then the small claims will follow, which we will also be able to prove all the lies that Christine has told about the property. (it is going to be real funny to see the look on her face when she sees what we have found)  I am definitely going to be there to see the look on her attorney's face when she sees some of this stuff we found.

After all this is over.. then another suit will be filed for all the damages that have been incurred because now we can PROVE all the lies.  Christine.. Paula.. and the rest of you... did you REALLY listen to what Roger said in his last message?  I hope so because we are going to legally go after you all for what you have done.  There won't be an attorney that will want to touch you with a ten foot pole after they do discovery because they will KNOW you are liars and there is no way to win a case for you.  In other words.. YOU'RE SCREWED.  And, it is all due to the fact that you left all those documents in the house when you left.  That was because you were too busy being malicious and stealing everything Robert owned after you set him up.  There is not a jury that will believe a word you have to say, and they will have no pity on you.  In fact, they will want to nail you to a wall after they see the documents and hear what you have done.

If you didn't want to be with Robert, you should have just done the proper thing, told him and then left, but you chose to do one of the most malicious things you could ever do to someone, you tried to ruin his life forever, thinking that we would never come after you all.  Guess what.. surprise!  It shouldn't have been if you would have known any of us.

Hey Christine.. going to try to give me that ole "evil eye" through all the tears you will be crying while you are on the stand?  You'll be crying and babbling so bad.. no one will be able to understand anything you are saying.

There comes a time when people just have to say what is on their mind.  After finding all these documents, and having them analyzed by a forensic handwriting analyst, Roger decided he wanted to say what was on his mind.. why not?  If you've never listened to anything, you better listen to what Roger has to say.  You can lie to your friends.. and members of your family that don't know any different, but trust me, the documents don't lie.. unless you lie to yourself.. since YOU wrote them yourself.  Listen and pay close attention.. Roger is not BS'ing you..

And, let me give you, and a few of your friends or followers, a message from me.. the documents, and the rest of the information I have acquired over the last few months, has gone to the attorney for the habeas writ to be filed.  There is absolutely no stopping it now and, it will not be stopped, dropped or however way you want to put it.  I am the person who has paid the attorney therefore, I am the ONLY person who can fire the attorney, and that is NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.  We are taking this all the way, as far as it can be taken.  Let me tell you, if a new trial is awarded, which we see no reason why it wouldn't after the documents that were found and certified, then we are going to do everything we can to make sure you all are prosecuted for aggravated perjury.  Then, we will file a civil suit on you for what you have done and do our best to take everything from you that can possibly be taken.  If there is anyone who wants to join you in your little farce, I have no problem including them.  That's not a threat, but a promise.  Anyone who knows me, knows I do not break promises.

04/02/10:  Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

Today was a good day.  I finished organizing all the information I have collected over the last few months, which included the documents found, and had them delivered to the attorney.  I can not even tell you how great that felt.  We all talk about how someone can be so stupid to leave all those writings behind, or how easy it is to get information.  I am amazed.

It should not take long for the attorney to put it together and get it presented.  It can't come too fast for me.  One thing is for sure, with everything that has been found, I can tell you we are contemplating filing a civil suit for what Christine, Paula and her family has done to ours.  People should have to deal with the consequences of their actions and we will have no problem taken it to court now with the documents and journals that have been found.  Christine, you know how we are.  If we tell you we are going to file another lawsuit on you, count on it.  Maybe this time they will be delivering you to the courtroom dressed in orange, of course with Paula at your side.  Then after that, you can pay restitution for the rest of your natural lives.  We will pray that you both live a very long time.

In the beginning, it was very hard to get people to listen because Robert had been convicted based strictly on the testimony of Christine and Paula.  Let's see, could they get away with telling the same lies now?  The answer is DEFINITELY NOT!  I want to see them get on that stand and lie because the documents and journals say something totally different.  *DUH*  Yeah, I can see that one now.  *laffin*

Now, we are just waiting but, when the time is up, it is up.. and we are going for it.. so count on it.

Well.. we decided to drop everything and just walk away.  Leave Robert wrongfully convicted and burn the evidence (documents) we found..

That sure isn't going to happen!  Instead of having April Fool's, maybe we should have Fool's of the Decade.  We are sure  that Christine and Paula would surely receive that award.  Of course, let's not leave out Sara.  We have to give her credit for her writing in her journals.  I don't think I have seen anything more foolish, than to write things down and then just leave them at the scene of the crime.  Can't get any more stupid than that.

Then, we found a book that describes the situation even more, since we dug through boxes and boxes of paper that were removed from Robert's home when he left.  This is taken from a writing of Delamer Duverus..

03/29/10:  Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

Looks like we had visitors today!  Welcome back University of Houston... and Sara!  Checking to see if we put anything up for you to see?  Nope.  We think everyone is entitled to a few surprises in their lives.  That makes life interesting.

Did a bit of checking on the court date for the property in the small claims.  Yes, we found out it could be July before it is scheduled.  We thought we would hold out a couple of months before filing the habeas, but we are not going to wait that long.  We have enough to file right now, which we decided to go ahead and get done.  But, let me tell you.. that does not mean we are dropping the small claims suit.  Nope, going to go ahead and go through with that.  Just things will happen in a different order than we wanted, but what the heck... the result will be the same.. all the crap is going to come out.  Oh and with this stuff, we have already invited a few people to the court so they will know for sure that Christine and Paula have been lying their fannies off all along.

Ms. Heppard, good luck defending Christine.. you are going to need it.  Oh, and just a friendly reminder.. there is no motion for discovery.  The change of venue was only a slight inconvenience, but remember, it can't be delayed forever.  Eventually, the day will come that it will come to court.  I do believe that your students will get a lesson from this case, there is always two sides to every story.  He who speaks first, is not always the innocent one.  HAVE FUN!

*DUH*  Oh right, that is the sound you make when you have nothing left to say.  *laffin*  I've just had some time to sit down and think about the reaction of people over these documents because if nothing else is believable, it being in the person's own writing sure tells a lot.  I think about the people that they have lied to, everyone from family, officers, prosecutors, judges, jury and others, that they call "friends".  I think about how people felt sorry for them because they told such a line of crap.  Do you think that all these people are going to be angry that they have been lied to?  Sure they would be, unless they are not real smart.

Our mom always told us, things come in God's time.  I guess God thought it was time.  He gave everyone time to step forward and do what was right and when they didn't, he decided they needed their lesson in life.  That is when we got our "presents".  Thank you God!

To add insult to injury, we decided to carry through with the property suit in the small claims court.  And if you don't think we don't have something interesting for that one, I got news for you.  This is going to be classic and, we are going to ask for court of record so that we can catch that one for replay, over and over again.  That way, we can get a good laugh many times over.  Wonder if we can take a video camera so that we can catch the look on Christine's attorney's face when she see some of this crap.  Interesting...  That look  will be priceless!  Let's see.. committing a crime and getting away with it, cost of at least $50,000 to the family of the victim...  Cost to the citizens of Harris County.. at least $50,000..  Cost to Christine and her family for leaving the evidence behind... priceless.. or maybe not.. could cost them some prison time. *laffin my butt off*

03/27/10:  Good afternoon citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent (and let's not leave out Sara this time):

I'm sure everyone is wondering what transpired this morning.  I spent three hours with the attorney this morning and as I suspected, as soon as he read what I brought to him, I thought he was going to fall out of his chair.  The first thing out of his mouth was, that the writing needed to be reviewed by a handwriting analyst to determine the writing.  I told him I already beat him to that and handed him the report from the document examiner.  He was like, OMG!!  These writings tie up so much of what we have said all along, they contradict what was said in the protective order and the trial.  It also contradicts what was told to some officers and judges along the way.  Interesting.  I know one thing, I will sleep better tonight than I have in a very long time.  Sunshine is the best disinfectant?  Yes it is.  When people see this stuff in a court room, there will be no way to lie their way out. 

They say the truth always comes out eventually, we just didn't know that Christine, and her little family members, would put the truth in writing.  Let me extend a VERY BIG THANK YOU for doing that.

After receiving the letter from the document examiner (below in the next message), I am off to meet with the criminal attorney this morning.  And yes, they do meet with people on Saturday.  This should prove interesting.  I can't wait to see his face when he sees this. *laffin*  Too funny.  The question is, with this, and the other evidence I have managed to acquire, how are things going to be viewed now.  I do believe I have the answer to that.  There will be NO question in anyone's mind that Christine and Paula lied in court.  But, let me bring something up here.  At first, we considered on whether Sara was innocent in all this and had discussed many times how sorry we felt for her, that we believed she was just a victim in all of this.  But, now we know for sure that she was not, but went along with the crazy story that her mother and sister had come up with to set Robert up.  Yes, there is evidence to this.  Sara could have done what was right and told the truth, but she chose not to, so now, we have no problem including her, as our feelings about her involvement have definitely been changed by what we have found.

Then, there is the Harris County District Attorney's office, who would not listen and try to help.  They are definitely going to get a different view when they view these documents, and the opinion of the document examiner.  How will they explain the fact that they did not do their job and took the side of liars, cheats and thieves?  Can you imagine the anger when they realize that they have been made fools of? *laffin*

It has been a really good day.  I was thinking through the day that people are probably questioning the fact of whether we really had documents, or if we were lying, like some people we all know.  So, after thinking about it, I thought I would put up something.  Not going to put up where it came from, or the documents it is referring to, but here is the opinion from the document examiners, who I have to tell you have impeccable credentials, which are beyond reproach.

Anyone want to question as to whether we really have documents, or the fact that they have been to document examiners now?  The report that this snippet came from, along with the documents, will be delivered.  These documents PROVE that there was a premeditated plan to set Robert up for an aggravated assault and all the people that were involved.  Trust me, there will not be anyone left out.

03/25/10:  Good afternoon citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent:

Good evening ladies and gentlemen!  I thought I would throw some bread crumbs out there since there are people waiting, or should I say wanting, to know what I have in my hands.  Since boxes have been dug through, there seems to be more and more that comes out.  Right now, I would really like to say something to someone because there were a couple more things that came to my attention, but I decided to hold it and take it to the attorney tomorrow and see what he has to say about it.  The more we dig, the more that comes out.

Now, let's talk about the writings.  I have writings from both Christine and Sara.  It has been determined that the writings are those of two people.  Imagine that.  Guess that tells you something, doesn't it.  Those are going to take them to both attorneys.  I can't believe all the lies that have been told and then find all this crap that totally contradicts what has been said in the protective order and the courts.  It's pathetic that people can be so stupid, that you tell them that you have the goods on them and they think we are bluffing.  No one can be that stupid, but then again, with the actions, or lack of action, seen, there is definite proof that there are stupid people in the world.  There should be a law against stupidity.  Then, there are people who actually believe these lies, even though there is definite proof that this was nothing but a set up on Robert.  Now there is even more proof.

Is it questionable as to whether we have possession of anything.  Well, you've seen a couple of snippets of a couple of the "mild" documents.  But, let's see if we can play another guessing game.   Does Celine Dion mean anything to anyone?  How about the purse, make-up and Celine Dion perfume for birthday presents.  Yes, you know that came out of a journal.  I don't want to let out everything, just something that tells someone that I truly have something that used to belong to them.  Actually, there are four journals.  Let's see.  Documents.  Yes, I have PILES of them and really are not going to let out what those say because I want to see Christine's face when she sees those again.  The first when she wrote them, the next when she sees them in court.  And Paula, don't worry, we are not leaving you out.  See, your mother and sister wrote things about you that backs up what we have said all along.  You can thank them for that.

I am curious to know what lies are going to be told now.  I've read some ridiculous things and, as I read through these journals and writings, it becomes even more ridiculous.  I did find a few more things that have someone else's writing.  Trust me, it doesn't look good either.  Now, all we have to do is to pin down the writer of those documents.

Anyway, with all that being said, I have decided to hold out and take them to the attorneys.  I'm going back to reading some more of this crap to see what, if anything, I've missed.

03/22/10:  Good afternoon citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent:

I did as I said I was going to do.  I called Pottawattamie County this morning and inquired about filing some papers in their District Clerk's office.  Amazing what you find out when you make phone calls.  How about other police reports in the name of Sara McIntosh?  Anyway, I spoke with them and found out how much it would be to 1) get a copy of the police reports there and 2) send in documents to be filed.  I guess I will be mailing them with a check in the next day or so, of course with the document examiner's report.  See, people think I am just bluffing them, but I guess they will find out I'm not.

Oh, and yes, I spoke with both attorneys this morning and told them what I have in my hands.  They both laughed their butts off and were in shock that someone would actually leave such documents with that kind of information in them.  As they said, "stupid people".  I agree.  I have a meeting with one on Friday and with the other one on Saturday morning.  This is going to be fun!

Today is another day that brings new presents and surprises.  The decision was made because of someone's actions, that the documents they were warned about will be sent out.  They think we are bluffing, but we are not.  You would think someone would be smart enough to realize when someone is serious or not, but evidently they are just stupid.  So, I think we'll just go ahead and do it since they are not going to do what is right.  I really believed, that if I put up a few snippets from a couple of the documents, that they would actually believe what I was telling them, but I guess they are just dumb and think I won't do it, let me tell you, think again.  If I tell you I am going to do something, I will do it or, if you think you can lie your way out of them, you can't.  So, there you go.  The lies are exposed in these documents and if it takes dragging someone's fanny back into court, or dragging their fanny out of Iowa as an accessory, I don't have a problem with that.  Sara, you're annoyed?  You better be scared, along with your mother and sister.

Documents are going to be sent to the courts, D.A., police officers and to Iowa.  I get tired of messing with idiots and trying to give them the chance to do what is right.  Of course now, they are probably thinking, or telling others, that the documents were forged.  That is the reason we are having them certified by a document examiner.  This PROVES that the handwriting belongs to Christine and Sara.  Of course, we have come up with a few other things I do believe that people will be interested in seeing, which will go out today too.

Oh, and if you decide to call the judge, go for it because I will personally take those documents with me to prove you set Robert up.

03/21/10:  Good morning citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent:

There are some days when people just don't get it and do not seize an opportunity when it comes their way.  We decided to help them out anyway.  The documents that we have found, will be sent to a District Clerk miles away to be filed.  This will be available for the courts to pull for court actions.  And, when an attorney pulls up a name, up will come the documents.  In fact, since everyone has a duty to protect a child, I do believe that the documents need to be sent to Child Protective Services in Iowa.  I guess we should thank Christine and Sara for keeping such accurate records.  

Sometimes you just have to protect people from themselves.

This is a snippet of what Christine wrote to the Tri-County Mental Health Center about her daughter Sara.  Of course there is more of this.. three pages, as a matter of fact.  As you notice, there is a statement in here about Sara's feet where she picks them raw.  This contradicts what Christine said in court transcripts.  This is because of someone having a very bad temper.  When Sara got angry at people, she would go into their homes and urinate on their furniture, floor and carpet.  Can you just image a 16 year old girl doing this in your home and, not just your home, but your mother's also?  This is just some of the crap Robert had to put up with while raising these girls.  The three pages talk about all the things she did.  Now mind you, this was written right before they set Robert up for an aggravated assault.

Today, we decided to give someone some very sound advice.  It is good sometimes to let people know where they stand.  Of course, it is in someone's best interest to take good sound advice, and also to be able to determine when someone is bluffing, which we are not.  We DO have the documents and, if someone thinks for a moment we don't, they are sadly mistaken.  They are being certified by a handwriting analyst and will stand up in court, any court. I'm sure that there are people who would be very interested in these documents and upon receiving the certification, we would not have a problem sending them.  I'm sure they would be a very welcomed surprise.  Wouldn't you like to know what they are?  Oh, you will, don't worry.  We are keeping them under wraps until they get brought into court.  You lie, then you will have a big problem because, there are things in the documents, in YOUR handwriting, what has happened.  No way around it.  Can't lie your way out.  There are going to be some special guests invited to the court who would love to see the documents and you lie.  Going to be good.  If any of you believe for one moment that we don't have something, you are sadly mistaken.

Take the advice and do what is right, or face the consequences.

03/16/10:  Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent:

It is amazing what each day brings.  I got a phone call today, with someone telling me that there is more writings by Christine.  I had them sent to me and I could not believe what I was reading.  This is even more that contradicts what Christine and Paula told in the trial.  I have never seen people who write down everything and, to make it worse (on them) they just left it, like a robber who robs a bank and leaves his drivers license on the counter with a note that says "come and get me".  Stupid people.  I was thinking, after all this is over, that I'm going to submit this story to the show, "The World's Dumbest Criminals". 

I heard from the document examiner today.  I was told that their job is complete and they are getting the second opinion, which I understand is what is done to assure that their work is accurate.  That tells me that there is only a couple more days before I get the treasure in my hands to take to the Harris County District Attorney's Office.  Imagine that.  I will take those, along with the other writings that were found, verified to be the writings of Christine and Sara Trent.  I do believe that this is going to be quite interesting.  Wondering what the District Attorney is going to think when she reads the notes, letters and journals.  Oh yes, and a few other interesting things that proves Christine is a thief.  And yes, Ms. Heppard is going to see these in court too.  This will prove Christine, and her family, are liars and thieves.  I can't wait!

I don't think Ms. Heppard is going to find these things as humorous as we do and, I can assure you that Christine and her family won't either.

We should be posting, in a couple of days, the results from the handwriting analysts!  I'm sure they will come out as we believe because there is no doubt who's writings they are, we just want it verified and ceritified.

I know everyone is anxiously waiting to know about the certification of the documents from the handwriting analyst.  We are still waiting too.  One thing is for sure, we have complained so much about people doing their job, that we surely will not complain about the handwriting analyst doing hers.  We are willing to wait and assure you that we will post the results as soon as we receive them.  The person who is doing the handwriting analysis has an impeccable resume and know that their findings will surely stand up to scrutiny, so we are willing to wait.

And, for those who make an attempt to lie their way out of this, there will be none of that because it will be verified so, just stand back.  These writings tell of your cheating and lying and it puts glue on the story and why you set Robert up.  There will be no denying it.  So, we suggest you tell your University of Houston attorney the truth because I assure you, she will know when all the documents are brought into court and she sees exactly what you are, a liar.  After that, I can tell you, she is not going to like you, or your family, very much.  Nothing like an attorney/professor being made a fool of in front of her students and she will surely chew your fanny out like the prosecutor in the Protective Order hearing did.

Oh, and let me tell you something else.  Those documents surely bring in motive and reasonable doubt so, guess what that means... You and your daughter will come under scrutiny because no one will believe your lies anymore.

Well.. well.. well.. someone wants to play cat and mouse games.  Yes, I personally spoke with Robert's probation officer, who informed me that someone wanted to call and tell her Robert was outside his bounds because he was living with his girlfriend.  She told me, it didn't matter, that Robert was not under a mandate, so your little stunt didn't work.  *laffin*  I told her about the documents I have, and that they are being reviewed by a document examiner, that proves Robert's innocence, and that I would be more than happy to furnish the documents as soon as I get them verified.  And, she is going to record any other phone calls coming in on him because she knows what is going on, because I told her.  So, go ahead and do it again so that charges can be filed on you.  Trick or treat!

Good morning boys and girls.  We are still patiently waiting for the results from the document examiner.  Remember the message earlier on 3/2/10?  Well, we included that document too for verification.  Doesn't that little statement say a lot?  If you think that one does, then you should see the others we found. *laffin*  They say a whole lot more than just that!  As soon as we get the results, it will be posted.  One thing is for sure, as soon as we get the results, it is going to the authorities.  These documents tell a story.  You know Christine, like your little trip with your lover boy while you were with Robert..  Let's see, you are a thief, a liar and a cheat, and we HAVE IT ALL!  Try lying your way out of these, considering they are in your own handwriting.

One thing we did notice.  When the message from 3/2/10 was posted, Paula just disappeared off her MySpace.  Imagine that!  Running?  You should be, along with your mother.  I guess when your mother said, "Run baby girl, run.. "  You might take heed to her advise there..  Oh, we would like to know if you broke out a new pair of pink fluffy socks...  

And Sara, thank you for your remarks in the journals!  Those were VERY HELPFUL!  And by the way, have you stopped by the store and picked up a new bag of diapers?  Remember you pooping in your pants at 16 in Big Lots, because you were mad, and stinking up the store to embarrass your mother and Robert..  do you still pitch those "nasty" fits?  Yes, we have that by your own admission in a journal and letter.  Now think of this.. a man takes on a woman and two unruly girls, which he raises.. then they turn on him when they are grown.  Now that's gratitude for you!  And, there is more in the journals that contradict your mother's and sister's stories in the court room.  That's nice..

With all these writings, I can see a few things... One, they will pick up your mother and Paula, and  you for concealing a felony or, two, the writings will go into a habeas and a new trial will be conducted, or they will drop the charges all together against Robert and prosecute all three of you.  Wonder which one it will be?

I can't wait to see the faces of the D.A.'s when they see these writings, of course, that will be after they are verified by the document examiner.

Now is the waiting game.  We are waiting on the results from the handwriting analyst on some documents we found.  Hopefully, Friday we should be celebrating our new found prizes.  Shouldn't be a problem since there is no doubt that the writings belong to Christine.  I sure want to be there when she tries to lie her way out of these in front of her attorney. *laffin*  I can see it now.  The attorney getting totally blindsided because it will be PROVEN that Christine is a liar.... BIG TIME!  And, there is no Motion for Discovery in small claims court.  Too bad.. so sad..  Actually, when the certifications come back, they are going straight to the DA's office.  Who knows, she may never make it to the small claims court because her fanny will be in jail, unless she gets bailed out by her attorney, or family, but as soon as they see what she has done, they are going to be mad as hell.  *laffin big time*  It doesn't get any better than this.  Bluffing?  Nah..

We keep saying, the past comes back to haunt you and, she is DEFINITELY going to get hers.  Oh, Christine... remember the day you tried to give me the "evil eye" across the table?  Next time I see you, you won't look that way.  You will be crying because you will KNOW that your fanny will be caught between a rock and a hard spot.  AND, you will get to see some of your "old friends" as they watch this.  We have already called and told them what we found and they were in shock.  They also said that they were not going to miss the show, regardless of how far they have to go to get here.  I can't be any more excited.  Oh, and don't think we are going to leave Paula out of all this fun...  The only difference in all this is, you REALLY set Robert up, but this you ACTUALLY did to yourself.. and your daughter..  And no, don't bother to be looking on here for what we have, you won't find it here, you will see it in court...  if not from the DA's office first.  *evil laff*

03/02/10:  Good evening citizens of Harris County, Harris County District Attorney's Office, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent:

How many times have we said that the truth always comes out.  Another day of going through one of the several boxes of paper that was in Christine and Robert's home and, guess what?  Persistence pays off.  Take a gander at a very small piece of what was found..

Christine, does the handwriting look familiar?  YES!  You got it, it is YOURS!  Now, you ask me how this ties into everything?  Let's see, Christine writes this, and who could she be referring to?  Yes, a daughter...  Would you like to know what is in the rest of this writing?  How about the date written on it?  Yes, it was BEFORE Robert was set up.  Now, let's see, wants him to go to jail because he is not her real father and she doesn't like him, not because he had done anything wrong.  Wonder where the whole idea to set Robert up came from? 

Christine, before you go and deny that it is your handwriting, the paperwork has been turned over to a handwriting analyst for certification that it is yours.  We will do this a couple of times so don't try to lie your way out of this.

Ms. Heppard, what do you think?  Think maybe we might be telling the truth and your client has lied to you too, just like she has lied to everyone else?  Remember this message, as Christine sure will have a lot of explaining to do.  Remember what I told you about egg on your face?

Yes, there is more writings, and we still have several boxes to go through.  Wonder what else will be found.... hmmmm...

Oh, and the journals below, they sure have some interesting things.  They TOTALLY contradict Christine and Paula's statements in the Protective Order and the trial.  Wonder how you are going to try to lie your way out of those since they came from your own daughter?  hmmm....

When we get the certification back from the handwriting analyst, this, along with the journals WILL be taken to the authorities.  Wonder how Christine and Paula will fare in a new trial when all this crap, along with more, is presented to a jury?  Bet it won't be the same outcome.

Robert was so messed up after what Christine and Paula did to him, that the things that he brought from the mobile home stayed in boxes for quite a few years.  We have just got to digging through them and this is what we found at the top of a box of papers...  Wonder what we will find in the rest of ALL these boxes and bags.. hmmmm..

Well.. well.. well..  It is amazing what you find when you go through old boxes!  I am really surprised!  Of course, "it" will be taken for someone to view.  And, it used to belong to someone we all know...  can't say loved anymore..  but anyways..   Would you like to guess what it is?

I think today, we are going to play a game of Jeopardy...

    *  a daily record, usually private, especially of the writer's own experiences, observations, feelings, attitudes, etc..

    *  a book for keeping such a record

    *  a book, or pad, containing pages marked and arranged in a calendar order, in which to note appointments and the like.

I'm wondering if this person would like it published right up here on the internet?  *laffin*  Oh yes, and "she" signed her name to the pages so, there is no doubt who the diary used to belong to.  Oh, and by the way, when you leave it as trash, and someone picks it up, it then belongs to them.  Possession is 9/10th's of the law.  When it is taken to the authorities, it becomes evidence, which can be used in court.

Let us know if you if "you" want to tell the truth or, you would just like it distributed to the public, and officials, so EVERYONE can read it.  You can easily get the email at this website.  Oh yes, it has little interesting tidbits about your sister in it to that I think a few people would like to know about.  We have TWO of them.  We can do a trade for one being returned to you, at a time, for the "rest" of the truth, since some is already in there.  The choice is yours.   *laffin*    I tell you what, I will hold on to them for 5 days, giving you, or anyone else, the opportunity to come forth with the complete truth.  If not, it is going to the authorities, and be published on this website.  Ads to read it will also be posted on the internet, inviting people to the website to read it.  Trust me, it is not YOU we are after, but the two liars that got Robert wrongfully convicted.  But after a certain amount of crap, it turns into "take no prisoners".  And, if you don't believe me,  here is a couple of pictures:

Look familiar?  And, to let you know, the little red tabs on the books, are what I will take to the authorities, which contains part of the truth, just enough to show them your sister and mother lied, of course, along with the letter to the left of the books that has the signature shown in the picture.  Wonder if your mother's attorney would like to read these... hmmm... 

And Christine, remember when you committed welfare fraud, when you had your name on a lease with Robert and was having the welfare checks sent to your parent's house.  Yes, we found the lease.  Do you know that is a felony?  Yep, turning that over to authorities on Monday. *laffin*  The truth ALWAYS comes out!  Try explaining your way... I mean.. lying your way out of that one.  Yep, and they can trace it back to the dates, just in case you were wondering.  And how about this regarding the statute of limitations, just in case you are thinking you can get out of it:

"Welfare fraud, however is subject to something called "tolling". This means that the clock doesn't start ticking until the victim discovers the fraud. If someone reports you for fraud now and the welfare department investigates and discovers that it is true, they will have plenty of time to press charges."

And this is not all of it, but it is a VERY GOOD start, don't you think?

Just curious to know if Christine has finally admitted to her attorney that she lied to her. (like that would ever happen)  How is her attorney going to respond when she finally realizes her client is a liar?  I assume it will be like the prosecutor from the Violation of the Protective Order. 

I'm sure everyone has seen Tiger Woods' public apology.  In listening to it, I was wondering, how people in authority think that the "rules don't apply to them".  How do you look at yourself, knowing (because you have been shown the evidence) that you have convicted an innocent man and, then be able to sleep at night.  People are angry because we dog them out on here, but can't seem to get it through their head, if they would have done their job, then they wouldn't get dogged out.

When I think back on the campaign for elections of public offices in Harris County, I think of the facade put on by our now current, Harris County District Attorney.  The promise of bringing integrity and professionalism to that office.  What a proliferation of BS!  People forget, that the citizens put them in office, and can take them out of office.  What are they going to do?  Try to put all that BS back on the citizens of Harris County again during the next election?  Sure, because they think they would believe it, again, like the citizens are fools.

We are still trying to figure out, how does two uneducated, lying women, pull the wool over a bunch of attorneys, to include the one she has now?  We will never know.

The amount of traffic to the website has greatly increased and we appreciate the support that has come from many.  How is it that so many people can "see" what happened in Robert's case, but the Harris County D.A.'s office refuses to prosecute Christine and Paula?  Welcome to "justice" in Harris County.

Also, why is it that the University of Houston thinks that they will find the evidence we have been holding back on this website?  Yes, we know that you have been here numerous times.  Hey, we have an idea.  If you really believe in your heart that Christine, and her family, is telling you the truth, convince your client to sue us.  That should prove to be interesting.

Better yet, did you take our advice and look up the prosecutor that tried to prosecute Robert in the Violation of the Protective Order?  You know, the one we told you about that had egg on her face after it was shown that Christine and her mother lied and took them in the back room and chewed out their fannies.  Come on Christine, tell your attorney about that one.  Christine, you know how you and that prosecutor got blindsided.. remember?  *smirk*

We can not wait until court time.  And, we wanted to thank you for paying for a jury!  Nothing like the citizens of Harris County getting the "real" truth.  We are just imagining what they will think when we bring those "surprises" for you.  We advise to Christine's attorney, get out while you can before it is proven Christine and her family made a fool out of you.  Surely you don't want your students to see that happen, or do you want them to see it so that when it happens to them, that they know how to back out gracefully?  Who knows, but consider yourself warned.

We hope that everyone had a very happy Valentine's Day!  This is the day that people express their affections toward others, even though we believe that compassion and consideration towards others should be expressed every day, today brings it more into focus.  Why don't people express the same towards others every day, not just on special holidays?  I've never understood that.  My mother used to say, was to "treat others as you would want to be treated."  Seems like this would be a daily practice.

We have learned through this process with Robert, people don't care.  People don't care unless it directly affects them, or their families.  That is when they listen.  Other than that, you can pretty well count on going it alone.  Sad, but true.

I've spent the last couple of days putting together everything on Robert's case.  Yes, that includes the "surprises" we have.  If someone would have done a "proper" investigation, gone out of their way to do their job, they would have gotten the same information that we have, but they didn't.  It is amazing what you can get with a little ingenuity.  We are really anxious to see Chris' attorney's face when she finally gets it that her client is a liar.  Interesting...   I used to wish to be a fly on the wall.. now I won't have to, I'll just be there to see this.  Anyone got a camera for the good shot?  We could always send the photo to her as a reminder, that when people tell you that your client is a liar, do your research.  It will save you some embarrassment.  Bet that prosecutor from the Violation of the Protective Order would have listened and done her research.

02/07/10:  Good morning citizens of Harris County, University of Houston, Christine and Paula Trent:

I was watching a video that was sent to me.  At first, I thought it a bit humorous at the beginning of the video where the woman was mocking the courts for allowing perjury in the courts.  At the end of the video, you can see the pain this woman has suffered.  She refers to being the sober one in amongst a room of drunks.  You have to watch the entire video. 

The practice of perjury has to be addressed.  If someone does not stop it, it will continue and our justice system will remain broken.  People have to open their eyes and stop defending liars.  Hold liars accountable for the damage that they inflict on others.

Our brother's case is a prime example.  There is transcripts that prove that Christine and Paula lied, under oath, in a court room, but to this day, nothing has been addressed by the Harris County District Attorney's office, even though, Pat Lykos has promised change and stated, "Sunshine is the best disinfectant."  So when is she going to initiate change and put a little "sunshine" on the problems at hand?  In our personal opinion, never.  It was a statement to get elected.

The other question we have, is with the testimony so blatantly reflecting that Christine and Paula lied, then why can Christine go to the University of Houston and obtain a $25 attorney to defend her when she chooses to remain in a semi-poverty situation by living off the system and not working?  So, if you are honest, work hard, but still make little money, you can not go and get one of those attorneys?  I'm just waiting for the time that it is shown what liars they are and, yes, we now have more proof that is not on the website.

It is a travesty what our criminal justice system has come to... A BUSINESS.  Like selling, a sales person is awarded for the number of sales they make, not necessarily if they are good sales or not.  The District Attorney's offices are the same.  They are awarded on the number of convictions they get, not if they are good or wrongful convictions, just get persons convicted, regardless of guilt or innocence.  Judges and D.A.'s need to start being held accountable for destroying people's lives.  Only then, will they care.  Change the laws regarding immunity.  No accountability, no responsibility.

God help our country.

We are surprised how some people just don't get it.  Don't get me wrong, we are not picking on the lawyer(s) at the University of Houston because we know one thing, Christine lied to you, so you are not to blame.  We understand that Christine has lured you in with her wild stories and you want to "protect that poor little thing".  "Thing" is right!  I call her that because no "normal" human being would have done what she and Paula have done.  She has wasted your time and money that could be used on REAL victims of domestic violence.

One thing is interesting though, after we tell you that the evidence we have is not on the website, why are you rootin around on the website like pigs in a potato patch?  One thing you will learn about me, I don't lie to you, like Christine.  I am upfront and honest and when I tell you something, trust me, I have the backup.  And, the evidence we have is not on the website.  Unlike Christine, who told a lie in court stating that Robert called her from the jail when he was picked up for the Violation of the Protective Order when he wasn't even in jail.  One lie right after the other. 

University of Houston:  Tell you what.  Look up the prosecutor who tried to prosecute Robert for the Violation of the Protective Order.  She will tell you she got made into an absolute fool by a "surprise", kinda like the ones we have.  She never saw it coming.  Do I hear another egg cracking?  *snickerin* 

Oh, and when Christine smirked and smarted off to me about pictures?  Ok, ask her about the maternity clothes and the baby items.  You know the ones she wore when she wasn't pregnant, or collected during a baby shower when she allegedly told everyone she wasn't pregnant.

Yeah, we've done a lot of digging and I'm sure she, and you, is going to be really surprised, that is, since there is no Motion for Discovery.  Oh, and Christine, yes, I have a smirk on my face now.

Good afternoon again!  Since we have become such a fan of the University of Houston, let us invite them to call us, chit-chat a bit.  Maybe it will save you some anguish when you get to court and the evidence we have gathered, comes out.  Too bad there is no Motion for Discovery.  What are you looking for on Roger's MySpace?  No evidence there.  Trust me, we have it tucked away, counting down the days that we can show you what a liar your client is.  It will prove to you that things are not always as they appear, like Christine being a victim.  Let me tell you something.  She made a victim of our brother, using the criminal justice system.  As luck was on her side, we have people in Harris County that do not do their jobs.  We know, if they prosecute someone, whether innocent or guilty, their budget goes up and the prosecutors get promoted.  Guess a poor man's life is worth nothing.

But my question is.... why would you (University of Houston) even take on a case like this?  Is it because you feel sorry for Christine after all the lies she told you?  Why is it that a woman, who is healthy, will not go get a job and lives off the system?  She sure can't blame that on Robert now.  Let me tell you, she lives off the system and she has used you for $25.  Hey, does that mean that Robert can go get a $25 attorney since, after everything she has done to him, he is practically destitute?  I think that would be fair.  Have the University of Houston student attorneys fighting against each other to see who wins.  Interesting...  AND fair.  Difference is, Robert would get a job, if he hadn't been framed with a felony conviction.

I want to know if you are going to make her pay full price after you see what a liar she is....

Let us begin by welcoming the University of Houston back to our website.  Nice to see you visiting again!  I know you were a bit disappointed to find that not all the evidence you were looking for is not on the website.  Too bad.. so sad...  Did you also learn from the Nike and Bank of America case that there is no "Motion for Discovery" in small claims?  Interesting, huh?  

We would sure like to know how an attorney feels when they find out that their client lied to them.  How many different shades of red are there?  Guess we will find that out too.  You know Christine, the different shades of red the prosecutor's face turned in the Violation of the Protective Order when she found out you and your mother lied then.  Got your butt chewed for 45 minutes by her... didn't you??

Curious about one thing.  When an attorney, working for $25 through University of Houston Law Center, finds out their clients lie to them and waste their time, do they go back and charge them for all the BS?  They should.  In Chris' case, you could make a fortune for the lies she has told.  Might as well get paid for Chris putting egg on your face.  How is that put?  Yes, thank you for this educational moment.

People's actions never cease to amaze me, you know, like those people who will lie to your face while they are trying to "stare you down", which is an action they wouldn't do if they were standing there with the person alone.  How do people do that?  How do you lie to someone's face, knowing that you have destroyed lives with your lies?  I know, no conscious, morals or ethics.  Or, how about the people who just go along with the lie?  That doesn't make them any different than the person who told the original lie.  I guess, once a liar, always a liar.

01/04/10:  Good morning citizens of Harris County, Christine and Paula Trent:

I was watching a show today involving victims dealing with police officers and a District Attorney's office.  One thing that struck me, was when the victim was talking about "not just being a number", or "not just being a case", but a "real person".  A person who was denied justice because of the way people are viewed by the Criminal Justice system.  The victim talks about how her life was shattered and no one cares enough to see that justice is done.  Talk about hitting close to home.

The difference between the show and "home" is, the officer talked about being ashamed, how he works for the "people" and how he is going to do what it takes to make things right.  The question is, how come you don't get the same response in real life?  That would be a shocker.

People always preach about doing what is right, but when they get into certain positions, they forget their promises to the "people".  They forget that it is the "people" who put them in those jobs, and it is the "people" who can take them out of those jobs.

WE ARE THE PEOPLE!

We have visitors again!  Welcome back Harris County!  Hey, who could stay gone very long when you have people's face posted on the Hall of Shame, like Rifi and Lynnie? 

We have an important date coming up.  Yes, and there is an option, only to Gerald, admit you lied and we will drop you from the lawsuit.  It is that easy.  Hurts to tell the truth, doesn't it.

This should be the year for changes.  People should re-evaluate their positions, or at least we hope they will, and do what is right.  It is never too late to change behavior. 

I was watching a show the other day.  There was an officer that kept putting off a rape victim.  This went on for 5 years.  They were telling her she had to wait again, after waiting for 5 years.  Does that sound familiar?  The guy that was with her told that officer, "If it was your wife or daughter, they wouldn't wait as long as she has."  That is such a true statement.  If what happened to Robert, had happened to a family member of a cop, or someone in the Harris County District Attorney's office, Christine and Paula Trent would have already been prosecuted and, their fannies would have already been in jail for a couple of years.  Quotas, and money, do impact discretion, but of course, so does money.  There is a reason why there are barely any honest people in Criminal Justice.  It is a shame.

You know, when we heard all the speeches by Pat Lykos, we thought she sincerely meant what she said, but as it turns out, they were just lies.  Maybe she will read that Bible she has and conform, but don't count on it.  We are looking for a new candidate when the HCDA election comes up.

12/26/09:  Good morning citizens of Harris County, Christine and Paula Trent:

We hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas, and as the new year approaches, we hope everyone has reflected on this past year.  The first question that everyone should ask themselves when they do something, "Is this what Jesus would do?"  I'm sure if everyone asked themselves this question, and was truly honest with themselves, maybe they would choose to do what is right.  Only then, can we all make the world a better place.

The new year brings new challenges.  Roger and I have had time to do some extra planning for the new year and we have come up with a wonderful idea.  Instead of writing messages on here, which has been accessible to a few people who has knowledge of the message board, we decided to go more public.  We want people to be more educated about their local government.  We are so sure that people will enjoy the new program, when it is ready, we will be posting the website address on this message board to redirect people.  So stay tuned, as we have a wonderful surprise for all!

See, we look at it this way.  If people are not ashamed of their behavior, then they won't have a problem with their behavior becoming more public.  We suggest, if someone has a problem with their behavior becoming more public, we suggest that there is an effort to correct their behavior.

We have a lot to do over the next few days, so you won't be hearing much on here, but stay tuned and

12/24/09:  Good morning citizens of Harris County, Christine and Paula Trent:

I've had a couple of days to think about what happened before I wrote a message.  I had requested records from the Harris County District Attorney's office on September 15th.  Of course, Scott Durfee, General Council for the HCDA had to send the request to the Attorney General for a decision, which we expected.  On December 3rd, they made a decision.  Let me tell you here, the Texas Public Information Act says that the Harris County DA's office has 10 business days to either 1) furnish me the records or, 2) notify me of an appointment to view them.  If they do not, then it is a misdemeanor offense.  SO, on December 22nd, I had to send a fax to Pat Lykos, HCDA, and his boss, John Barnhill, in an attempt to get the records.

Well, let me tell you this.  Yes, I got a response from Scott Durfee the same day. *shocked*  BUT, what I received only 3 pieces of paper of "basic information".  Of course, he is within the law (only after he has committed a misdemeanor offense) of furnishing records.  This is not the first time he has violated the Texas Public Information Act, but anyway...  Of course, I spoke to the Attorney General's office.  I explained what Scott Durfee had done and the gentleman there was not shocked.  He said that he has known of them to "pull that stunt" before.

Let me give you my thoughts on this.  The Harris County's General Council should receive guidance from the Texas Attorney General's office.  Just what I said, "guidance", but instead, Scott Durfee used "the decision" as a form of retaliation.  I understand that there is no love lost, but that is because people at the Harris County District Attorney's office does not make the effort to assist people, but use their positions for other than what is intended.  They have always hindered, not assisted, in the seek for the truth.  These people, who are paid by tax dollars from the citizens of Harris County, do not protect the people as they are paid to do. 

You would think that people would let their conscious be their guide.  That they would place themselves in other's positions and do what is right.  They don't think the same way we do.  They chose to take the wrong road and hurt people.

I can say, when I first read what Scott Durfeee sent, it angered me a bit, but after thinking about it, I thought, how sad, that this person is filled with such discontent and a lack of self pride in his job, that he would choose to hurt someone else.  That he would stoop so low. 

After thinking about it, I chose to feel sorry for such a person and hope that God will bring some joy to his life and his purpose.  That he will one day find guidance to do what is right.

What about the records?  Well, after what I received, I'm pretty sure nothing was done.  So, records I delivered, I already have.  In fact, during that so-called investigation, I managed to acquire more on my own than they did.  So they can keep what they have, it doesn't matter, nor does it hurt me any.  What Scott Durfee did was only to prove what we have been saying all along.

And, to Scott Durfee, we hope that God will bless you and yours during this holiday season and bring some peace into your life.  God says we are to forgive, which I do for you for your act of useless retaliation.  God has brought me to a place that I don't feel I have to hurt others and, I hope that one day, you will find the same.

12/13/09:  Good morning citizens of Harris County, Christine and Paula Trent:

Good morning all!  I was reading through Twitter and thought about an account, but why, when I have this medium to express myself.  We get a lot of visitors here, so I believe we are getting the word out.  One thing is for sure, after we posted that Harris County has wasted hundreds of hours, and tax payers money, dinging around on this website, all of a sudden, they disappeared.  Imagine that.  I guess they got tired of getting their chops busted.  Besides, Pat Lykos would have a terrible problem explaining why she can't control her personnel.  Let me tell you something, the damage is already done.  I have PAGES of Harris County visits.  I want to see that explained during the next election.  I will also want an explanation of why, after all the phone calls and letters, I never received a response.  Bet if someone called for an interview for the news, she would make a phone call and have her backend there PDQ.  More concerned for getting her face out there than seeing that justice is done and her personnel are actually working.  Can't wait until election time.

After reading through Twitter, it is more apparent that Harris County does not give a crap whether they are prosecuting innocent people.  They threaten people by telling them, if they do not plea out for a lesser charge/sentence, that they will go for the maximum.  Isn't that interfering with justice?  This is a standard practice, not only here, but in every county.  They should take away plea bargaining.  If you are so sure you have the right person, after a proper investigation, take it to court and let the evidence show that the person is guilty.  But of course, if you find that witnesses are lying, stop the trial and prosecute them.  I know it is too much to ask, to see that justice is done, and that true guilty ones are prosecuted, but damn, isn't that what prosecutors are paid to do?  I thought so.  I wonder if we can quit paying taxes, that pay their salaries, if we find that they are not doing their jobs?  No one should be paid if they are not doing their job, and that includes the Harris County DA and/or judges.

But hey, I have figured out too, that even judges don't investigate allegations before accusing people.  Let's see, Christine Trent, and her mother, Barbara Schuette, calling the judge, accusing us of calling them every day.  WHAT?  Where are the records?  Oh, I know, like when Christine testified in the Violation of the Protective Order, that Robert called her from the jail, when he wasn't even in jail?  Or how about where she told an officer, that Robert was calling her every day, 5 times a day, for two years?  Make her prove it.  One way or the other, it will show up somewhere.

I am appauled at the indignant manner in which Patricia Cisneroz accused Robert, and I, of us harrassing Christine's family, without proof.  She made the statement, "Who they going to believe, you are the victim."  WHAT?  I told her to bring it on, take us to court, we can prove that she, and members of her family, are liars.  Of course, they don't know everything I have collected over the last few weeks.   I would love to throw that out on the table.  It is amazing what you can find with the help of technology today.  I have found, that prosecutors don't know how to properly investigate a case.  They rush to a prosecution, not even bothering to make an attempt to get to the truth.  We have the truth, and that is what scares them.  They know they prosecuted an innocent man, but they don't man-up and do what is right, or at least not yet.

Christine, and your attorney from the University of Houston, yes, we have a few things in store.  Bring it on.  Oh, and we wanted to personally thank you for paying the $5 for the jury trial.  We were going to request a jury, so you saved us a few bucks. *laffin*  This is going to be fun!  Want to see you make an attempt to lie your way out of a few things.  And, Janet Heppard, be sure to bring a towel.  You are going to need it to wipe the egg of your face.

I was going to wait a few more days before writing again, but I have to tell you about this woman.  I was sent a link through email about a Criminal Defense Attorney by the name of Cynthia Henley.  She is located in Harris County.  Of course, my first reaction was, "Not another blog."  I checked it out anyway because I was told that this woman had guts, that she is for the people, not for the state, or the government.

Okay, here I go to read her blog.  I was absolutely amazed at this woman's frankness, and her sincere sense of honesty.  It is absolutely refreshing to read her blog.  Definitely a follower now!

"Why Lie to Get Convictions"

"What kind of a person would lie, knowing that their lies will be depended upon by others in assessing judgment? That their lies will be used by those of us who do not specialize in their field, to determine whether someone is the perpetrator of some crime? Who would make up garbage, call it science, and swear it is dependable, knowing that another person's freedom is at stake?"

After reading this, I not only wondered how Christine and Paula could live with what they've done, but then I consider the source, that scum begets scum.  Then I thought about the Harris County District Attorney's Office and the people who swore to uphold the law, to bring the criminals to justice, to not prosecute, just to prosecute.  How do these people live with what they do to innocent people, especially when they KNOW that the people are innocent because it is so blatant?  Do they not understand that they have lost all respect by the citizens of Harris County?  What if a member of their family was railroaded through the criminal justice system?  Would they prosecute their family members, like they have prosecuted others, or would they call in a favor under the guise of "professional courtesy"?  Would they stand their ground for that family member, or would they tuck their tails to keep their job?

I went into the criminal justice system at a very young age, believing that I could help "change the world".  After many years, I understood that the criminal justice system in Texas is not about what is fair, but is the "good ole boy system", about "who you know", not what you have or have not done.  People do not stand up for what is right, stick their neck on that chopping block, they tuck their tails and go with the "status quo". 

I want to personally applaud Cynthia Henley for standing up.  She reminds me a lot of Sharon Levine.  I bet I would never hear from her, "Don't file a grievance against that judge, I will never win another case in her court if she finds out I'm representing you."  In fact, I am so enamored by her, I'm going to put her on our front page.

12/06/09:  Good morning citizens of Harris County, Christine and Paula Trent:

After this last week, I was compelled to make some phone calls to organizations which govern judges and probation.  After explaining what happened on December 2nd, I was informed that a judge can not send a warning through a court probation officer to warn a person, by telling them that their rights of Freedom of Speech and civil liberties are restricted based on another's probation.  And, that the threat of revoking another person's probation, based on the actions of another, is not something that they can do.  The court, probation or law enforcement must directly link the actions of the person on probation to the act, which can not be done in this case because Roger and I have done everything on our own, of our own choosing.  They informed me that there should have been an investigation first, verifying all of the facts before calling Robert to the court, that they could not just take the word that he, or anyone else, had done anything and then threaten us.  they stated that they were totally out of their realm of authority in their actins.  I was told to file a grievance on both, which I am still contemplating.  I have plenty of time to do so.

Let me give you another brief synopsis of corruption in Harris County.  I will be posting the story of this young man within the next few days.  His name is Hung (Edward) Le Ngo.  We have known this young man for many years.  After Robert was wrongfully convicted, Roger went to Hung's home and told him what had happened to Robert.  Hung's wife was present during the conversation.

Shortly after the conversation, Hung's wife filed allegations that Hung had committed aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, namely a gun.  This young man was arrested.  Hung's wife then took their children to Canada where Hung could have not access to them.  Harris County prosecuted this young man, ignoring what his wife had done, even though there was evidence.  The prosecutor told him, if he did not plea out to a misdemeanor, that they would go after a felony conviction of assault with a deadly weapon.  They only gave him a few minutes in a court room to decide his fate, while he feared incarceration for a crime he did not commit.  Let me add here, Hung has never owned, nor handled a gun.  We will have more of the story on the website of this young man, who was maliciously prosecuted in Harris County.

Let me also add, Christine, you better tell your attorney the truth.  Since we have more evidence that you have not seen, I'm sure your attorney will not be happy getting egg on her face like the ADA during the violation of the protective order hearing.  Maybe after the mediation, the attorney will drop your butt and send you an invoice for payment for services because you lied to her, or not told her the complete truth.

And, Christine and Paula, I was told by the organizations, if you don't like what is on this website, to tell you not to come here and read it.  They stated that we can not be held accountable for the fact that you come here and read this website, that you do that totally of your own accord and the courts can not do anything to Robert because you do not like what is on this website, that it is not a direct communication with you, that he, nor us, made you come here, you did it all on your own.

12/02/09:  Good evening Harris County DA's office, the citizens of Harris County and Christine and Paula Trent:

Good evening everyone!  Today was more of an interesting day than yesterday.  Robert received a phone call from his probation officer yesterday to appear in the 183rd court today.  Of course, I would not hesitate to go up there with him, and I'm glad that I did.  We had asked his probation officer why he was even called to appear and she could not tell us, we had to wait.  Then the Court Probation Officer, Patricia Cisneroz, met with us, along with Robert's probation officer, Ms. Taylor.

Now comes the interesting part.  We were informed by Ms. Cisneroz, that Christine Trent and her mother, Barbara Schuette, had been calling Judge Vanessa Velasquez, stating that we had been making phone calls to them, etc.  What a crock of crap.  More lies, trying to get Robert's probation revoked.  First, Christine and Paula lie to get him convicted, and when Robert received probation in lieu of incarceration, now they want to call the judge, lying of course, to get his probation revoked, which we believe it is because Roger has filed a small claims suit on Christine Trent for stealing a shed, then lying to Judge Kent Adams, then tells the truth, so she got sued.

Let me tell you a bit about the conversation between us.  First, Ms. Cisneros states that Christine and her mother, Barbara had been calling the judge since September.  She then goes on to state that the judge told them to quit calling her.  Then she goes on to state that we are to have no contact with Christine and her family or Robert could go to prison.  Then she goes on to talk about the website.

Now, if anyone knows me, they know I will not tolerate someone threatening a member of my family for my actions.  I informed Ms. Cisneroz that Robert had absolutely nothing to do with Christine and her family.  And, that Robert may be on probation, but I am not and no one in Harris County is going to restrict my civil liberties, nor will they violate my rights under the Constitution of Freedom of Speech.  I explained to her that the Supreme Court has ruled that the internet is a form of Freedom of Speech and that if anyone violated my Constitutional rights, or my liberty, I would not hesitate to hire an attorney to sue everyone involved in Harris County.  Let me add something here.  If Harris County does something to Robert because of your lies, I will not only file on Harris County, and everyone involved there, I will include you and any member of your family that I can possibly include.  Trust me, I don't lie.  I will come after everyone with such a ferocity, you will not know what hit you.  I will do my damndest to take everything from you, right down to your bra and panties.  Get it?  I don't think it could get any clearer than that.

Here is the rest of the message, Christine, Paula and your family.  First, Robert hasn't done a damn thing to you.  If you have a problem with something I do, bring it over to me.  Trying to get Robert's probation revoked, by lying, for something he didn't do is (excuse the expression) chicken shit and you're damn cowards.  You are a liar and a thief and I personally will not stand for anymore of your crap.  You are scum of the earth.  You lawyered up on this small claims because you know you lied and you know you stole that property.  The only problem is, you slipped up and told the truth and got your ass between a rock and a hard spot.  You file one more false report on Robert, Roger or me,  I will hire an attorney and sue your butt for everything I can get out of you.  So, one more false report, you better have the proof because I will drag your butt through a court room and I won't stop until you have absolutely nothing.  Subpoenas will be flying all over the place to dig up any evidence I can dig up on you, and I am very good at finding things.  You and and your attorney have no idea what I already have, but you keep screwing with me, you will find out sooner than expected.  You may have been able to lie on Robert and get away with it, but trust me, I will not allow you to do that to me.

Now this is interesting.  We received notice that Christine has now hired Janet Heppard from the University of Houston.  And yes, we saw them checking out the website.  Have a nice read?  Question is, how do you defend a liar?  I want to see this.  The other question is, I thought attorneys swore to an oath to uphold justice and have ethics, so how do you look yourself in the mirror when it is evident that your client is a bold face liar?  Don't you get it?  And deny the allegations?  Yeah, she denies then admits.  You can't trust a thing that comes out of Christine's mouth.  Just ask the Asst. District Attorney that had egg on her face when she tried to prosecute Robert for violating a protective order and found out Christine and her mother lied like dogs. 

I guess we can't blame Janet Heppard.  She has been mislead like everyone else.  Poor little Christine.  She has thrown that crock of crap to every person she has ever met.  Christine lies when the truth would do better. 

Motion to transfer?  Oh please!  Does she want to go back to the Judge Kent Adam's office?  You know Christine, the one you originally lied to.

I hate to say this, but it appears as though we have lost one of our regular visitors, the Harris County District Attorney's Office.  I guess since we put up the message that they have wasted countless hours, and tax payers money, viewing this website instead of actually doing some investigating, Pat Lykos might have actually got on someone's butt and made them do the job that they are actually being paid to do.  Imagine that!  They haven't visited the website since November 20th. 

Now on to people who actually do the job that they promised to do!  Let's talk about Craig Watkins, the Dallas County District Attorney.  This man promised to the citizens of Dallas County that he was going to make every effort to put real criminals behind bars in lieu of just prosecuting to prosecute, which has lead the numerous wrongful convictions in Dallas County.  He has taken every effort possible to go back and review cases and has released many of the innocent that were wrongfully convicted.  In our eyes, this man is a God send to criminal justice!  To Craig Watkins, we commend you and the fine job you are doing for the citizens of Dallas County.

May we propose another job for Craig Watkins.  How about if he comes to Harris County and teaches our District Attorney, Pat Lykos and her First Assistant, Jim Leightner, how to run the Harris County District Attorney's Office.  Of course it could be a challenging job for this man.  First, you have to teach someone how to keep a promise that they swore to under oath.  Next, he might have to spend a lot of money sending people to school to teach them how to actually investigate crimes and listen to the citizens of Harris County.  Those tasks in themselves could prove very daunting.

We are about to go into another year with Pat Lykos.  What a disaster the first year has been.  Let's think about another possible candidate for the position when election time comes around.  I know, it is a few years, but if we can get the right person, one who actually does what they promise, they could straighten that office out.  Think about it and send your suggestions.

Many times we have addressed the issue of people making mistakes and not taking responsibility for their actions.  I received an email today, and I have to admit, I don't think it could have been better said, if you make a mistake, admit it, and then take action to correct it, do not make excuses, or attempt to cover up the mistake.  Here is the email:

Today, I am going to "coach" you in what many may see as a simple issue everyone deals with in life. However, for those who are successful and prosperous it is a HUGE hurdle that most who have "made it" by the world's standards fail to clear. That is being able to say "I am wrong" when you make a mistake. It is the ability to admit your mistakes, humble yourself, and take responsibility for your choices and actions. This is a critical issue everyone has to deal with every day.

You see my friend, the Bible clearly tells us that we have all sinned and come short of God's glory. In the book of 1 John, the Word actually says that we all sin, and if we say we don't we are liars! During the course of each day, we sin, we make mistakes, we exercise poor judgment, we make horrible choices. Nobody, NOBODY is immune from this. The key is how do we handle the mistakes we make during the course of a day?

There was no better example of how NOT to handle your mistakes than Martha Stewart. If you listened to her statement on the courthouse steps after being sentenced several years ago, if you saw her interviews with Barbara Walters and Larry King, you saw a woman who was defiant, unrepentant, showed no remorse, no contrition, and instead of accepting responsibility for her actions, was still blaming everyone else but herself.

If you never pay attention to anything I say to you, please pay attention to this. When you make a mistake, say you are sorry, accept responsibility for your actions, make whatever amends you need to, and move on! When you refuse to acknowledge your mistakes, when you blame others for what you did, when you become defiant and unrepentant, a single mistake in the course of a given day can end up destroying your very life!!!

You see, satan wants to hold your mistakes over your head. When you refuse to acknowledge what you did was wrong, when you allow satan to help you find excuses for your mistakes you have played right into his hands. Instead of getting beyond your mistakes, your mistakes take on a life of their own and literally becomes an anchor around your neck. Rather than putting your mistakes behind you, your mistakes become part of your daily life.

As basic as this word is, it is an issue EVERYONE deals with because we all make mistakes in life every day. The more successful you are by the world's standards, the more difficult saying "I was wrong" becomes. As people fall into the traps of pride and ego, the great justifier satan will always help you find an excuse for YOUR mistakes so that you can say you were right. My friend, that is a lie from the pits of hell itself. We all sin, we all make mistakes, and nobody is right all the time.....except Jesus!

I will be praying for you today. Praying that these words will find fertile resting place in your heart. Listen, it should be the goal of every follower of Jesus Christ to not sin, to live life perfectly. That MUST be our goal and why our daily time with the Lord in prayer and the Word is so critical. It helps us to stay connected to Christ and make Christ-like decisions during the course of the day.

But the reality is, only Jesus went through this journey without sin. As hard as we try, we will sin, we will make mistakes along the way. God knows this and gave us that great promise in 1 John 1:9 that tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."

My word for you today is simply this. When you sin, when you make a mistake during the course of your day, don't start trying to figure out an excuse for what you did, don't try to cover it up. Instead, go to God and ask His forgiveness, admit your mistake to those you need to, make whatever amends might be necessary, and move on. We all sin, we all make mistakes, that is a fact. How we respond to our sins and mistakes is critical. There is only one correct response, "I was wrong!"

I have to admit that I am shocked every day of the lies that Christine tells.  I received the paperwork today, from probably the most honest officer at the Harris County Sheriff's Office.  Now get this...  In April of 2007, Christine was taken to small claims court and denied ever taking the shed that was given to him by his mother.  Then gets in Cristina's Court, which by the way Chris, you did not win as you stated to the officer, and says she received it as a birthday present.  Which you know is another lie.  First thing, Robert's mother totally disliked you because you are a lazy piece of trash that lives off the sweat of other's, and she did not give you that shed as a birthday present.  Then you tell an officer that you never denied taking it.  You are such a damn liar!  When does it stop?  You lie when the truth would do better, you are a pathetic pathological liar and thief, and so is your kid, Paula.  You call it harassment, we call it justice.  There is not one person in your family that tells the truth.  You removed your children from school and taught them the same.  Look at Paula!  She can't even spell.  You have left a lousy legacy and you are letting the taxpayers pay for it.

And, to Harris County D.A.'s office, you protected these people.  A bunch of lying, thieving, druggies.  Now that is something to be proud of.  You say you put 6 months of your life into this investigation?  Where does June 12th to September 8 equate to 6 months?  I know that Harris County has spent more time dinging around on the website trying to figure out what we are doing than they have investigating.  I know, I added up the number of times the website was visited, and the time spent on the website.  MONTHS of visiting the website, while not investigating your lying, thieving, drug head witnesses, who lied to get an innocent man convicted.  I find you to be no more credible that Christine and Paula, in fact, worse because you took an oath you did not uphold.  This was all because you did not want to "open that can of worms" and admit you were wrong.  You would rather let the trash walk the street, than do what is right.

I can tell you, it is not over.  Like I said, it will be over when we say it is over.

Oh, and Christine, go ahead and sue us.  We want you to!  You are just a coward if you don't.  And another thing, let's see if you tell the same story when people from your past show up.  Let's see, who is more credible, you or a magistrate?  Hmmmmm.....

My personal feelings?  I think you both are a couple of despicable deceitful benighted tramps.  And, the truth be said, you know you are.  You live off the sweat of others labor and are always looking for a dollar you don't have to work for.  You know Christine, like when you committed welfare fraud and was having it mailed to your parents so you could go over there and pick it up.  That was, until they sent you the letter.  And Paula, Robert loved you.  Yes he got angry at times.  That is because your own mother took you out of school and then wouldn't teach you anything.  The only thing you ever learned was that you could have relationships with married men and destroy their families.  Like I said, you are both a couple of despicable deceitful benighted tramps.

Does the HCDA really think people are stupid and can't read the law.  I do believe so.  They would like for you to think that they are little demi-Gods and have the ability to destroy people's lives at will.  I can see it now, "The law, what is that?"  Then you can hear them laughing.  They DON'T CARE WHAT THE LAW SAYS, OR WHAT THE CONSTITUTION SAYS.  Convict at all costs, even if you do convict innocent people. 

Interesting article I was reading this morning about HCDA withholding exculpatory evidence.  Imagine that.  AND, lying for their own self service.  Hmmmm... give you an idea of what you are dealing with?  How about making campaign promises and don't hold to them?  Yep, that is what we have in that office. 

The people are tax payers and those people up there treat citizens like they are nothing.  But, wait until election time comes around.  Then they put a smile on their faces, shake hands and kiss babies.  Then, they probably run back to the restroom and wash their hands and mouth, afraid of catching something.

POLITICIANS LIE, and so do their minions!

Trust me, we will make a lot public during election time.  I want to see people explain their actions, along with the actions of their little minions.  That should be interesting.

Like we said, it's not over by a longshot.  And, it's not over until we say it's over, which will be when we take the trash out.

I just wanted to put a few thoughts out there.  Since we have addressed the Texas Penal Code Chapter 37, the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Chapters 2 and 38 and the Constitution previous, I just wanted to put a few thoughts out for public opinion.

1)  Rifian Newaz and Lynn McClellan, who should have done their homework first by reviewing the Protective Order prior to trial, but didn't, (and we are going to give them, in our opinion, a lot of leeway here) received the transcripts from the defense attorney during the trial.  Since it was so blatantly obvious that aggravated perjury was being committed in the court room to prosecute Robert, they ignored it.  Mind you, aggravated perjury is a 3rd degree felony.  So, they allowed their witnesses to commit a felony in order to prosecute Robert.  The trial should have been stopped and their witnesses charged with the felony.

2)  Rifian Newaz then breaks the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, while violating Robert's Constitutional rights.  After the judge sustains the defense attorney's objection, he just keeps right on.

3)  And, then the felony of Aggravated Perjury is reported (in writing by email or letter) to the DA's office to the following people: (don't deny it because I have copies of all the emails and letters ever written with the signed for certified slips)  But, let's not forget the meeting of June 12, 2009 where it is discussed and brought to their attention (at the top of this page).

    a)  Chuck Rosenthal (District Attorney)

    b)  Rifian Newaz (prosecutor for the state)

    c)  Lynn McClellan (prosecutor for the state)

    d)  Hans Nielson (supervised the prosecutors at the time, don't know if he still does)

    e)  Kenneth Magidson (temporary DA after the fall of Chuck Rosenthal)

    f)  Pat Lykos (new DA in 2009)

    g)  Baldwin Chin (post-conviction review)

    h)  John Barnhill, Lead General Counsel

    i)  Jim Leitner (First Assistand DA and Pat Lykos's right hand man)

First, let's note that all these people are attorneys.  Now, go back and read the Texas Penal Code, Chapter 37 referencing perjury.  I would think that all these attorneys could see "he had a gun", "he didn't have a gun".  It is noted that in the Protective Order Christine stated that Robert had a gun in the hands-and-knees incident, when she followed him down the hall because Robert had a gun and then alleges that Robert came outside and had a gun.  But then in the trial, Christine changes her story.  Robert didn't have a gun during the hands-and-knees incident, or he doesn't have a gun when she follows him down the hall and, he doesn't have a gun when he first goes outside.  Then, in another court appearance where Christine is sworn in, she states, not that she followed Robert down the hall, she was drug by the hair of the head.  Let's not forget that the DA's office violated Robert's Constitutional rights under the 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause by prosecuting him for a felony (of which all the testimony was geared to fit) and not prosecuting their own state's witness.

Don't tell me that all these attorneys, from the bottom to the very top, can't tell that this is aggravated perjury under Chapter 37 of the Texas Penal Code and, that they did not break the Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 2 by not bringing Christine in front of a magistrate when they were informed that the felony crime had been reported.  I do believe that this is prosecutorial misconduct at its highest level.  Use of a felony, in a court room, to prosecute an innocent man and then not prosecuting their witness for the felony.  Don't tell me, that a Criminal Justice graduate knows and understands the laws better than a bunch of attorneys, three which were either running the Harris County District Attorney's office, or is currently.  Breaking news here, it doesn't take a law degree to know when someone is a liar.

LET'S TRY THIS AGAIN, READ THE TEXAS PENAL CODE CHAPTER 37, THEN THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 2.  THEN, AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED THAT READING ASSIGNMENT, READ THE EQUAL PROTECTION CLAUSE UNDER THE 14th AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION!  YOU PEOPLE AT THE HCDA ARE WRONG, YOU KNOW YOU ARE WRONG, AND FOR PEOPLE NOT TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT, THAT MAKES YOU AMORAL.  IF YOU DO NOT "KNOW" THAT YOU ARE WRONG, THEN YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS WORKING AT THE HCDA's OFFICE.

Hmmmm....  After all of this, the regime has done no more than change its name from the Rosenthal regime to the Lykos regime.

Art. 38.17. TWO WITNESSES REQUIRED.  In all cases where, by law, two witnesses, or one with corroborating circumstances, are required to authorize a conviction, if the requirement be not fulfilled, the court shall instruct the jury to render a verdict of acquittal, and they are bound by the instruction.

Art. 38.18. PERJURY AND AGGRAVATED PERJURY.  (a) No person may be convicted of perjury or aggravated perjury if proof that his statement is false rests solely upon the testimony of one witness other than the defendant.

(b) Paragraph (a) of this article does not apply to prosecutions for perjury or aggravated perjury involving inconsistent statements.

Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722. Amended by Acts 1973, 63rd Leg., p. 973, ch. 399, Sec. 2(A), eff. Jan. 1, 1974.

Now we know what the deal is, if Harris County District Attorney's office indicts one of their witness for aggravated perjury, there is no longer two witnesses and, since there is no physical evidence, then there is not two witnesses as required by the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure 38.17.  Hmmmm...  Looks like there is one rule they read and understand, but they still don't understand Chapter 2 of the same code.  Imagine that..

Art. 38.08. DEFENDANT MAY TESTIFY. A Any defendant in a criminal action shall be permitted to testify in his own behalf therein, but the failure of any defendant to so testify shall not be taken as a circumstance against him, nor shall the same be alluded to or commented on by counsel in the cause.

The JUDGE sustained an objection by the defense attorney and the state kept breaking the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. Rifi makes a specific comment regarding Robert exercising his rights under the 5th Amendment.  Robert's attorney objected and called for a mistrial, the state just kept right on violating the code, commenting on Robert's post-miranda right to not testify and denied the mistrial.  THIS IS WRONG!  That trial should have been stopped and the prosecutor should have been reprimanded!  The defense attorney should not have had to keep on objecting to Rifi breaking the code.

We thought we would give another lesson here.  See, I'm an old Criminal Justice student, if you couldn't tell.  I thought, since our HCDA's office doesn't understand their duties, maybe they should go buy a book because it is something that they need to do a bit of studying.  Let's try the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.  Let's highlight a few things for them...

Art. 3.04. OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT.  In this code:                                
(1)  "Official misconduct" means an offense that is an intentional or knowing violation of a law committed by a public servant while acting in an official capacity as a public servant.
(2)  "Public servant" has the meaning assigned by Section 1.07, Penal Code.

Let me explain a little about campaigns.  Politicians WANT your vote!  That is why they tell you things they believe you want to hear, like they will work for the citizens of the county.  Did you ever wonder why they only want to talk to you during the time they are running for an office?  Try calling one of those people after they are elected to office.  Lots of luck getting a return phone call.  They hide from the citizens.

Let me give you an example.  I sent four (4) letters to Pat Lykos and made 6 phone calls.  None of which I ever received a reply.  Only after I decided to go to her office and was told she was not in and, the lady in the front stated that she did not know when she would be back, I told her that it was fine, I would just sit and wait for Pat Lykos' return.  Only then to I get an investigator out to talk to me.

Next, I made four (4) phone calls to Jim Leitner with no response.  Only after I made the fifth phone call, did he get on the phone.  He has yet to respond to the letter that he requested I send to him.

Let me tell you about Roger's experiences with the HCDA's office.  He calls up there to ask a question, and they tell him, "We don't give out legal advice." 

Now, we have figured out that it is a good that they don't give out legal advice, because they do not understand the simplest of laws.  Maybe we should suggest going back to Criminal Justice 101.  Along with that, may we suggest another course, Ethics and Standards for Law Professionals 101.  Or, how about going back and reading the Texas Code for Professional Conduct or the oath they took upon completion of law school.  Seems like, when people go to work at the HCDA's office, it is like all of this information just dumps out of their head.

The behavior exhibited by the HCDA's office in Robert's case, is as deplorable as the pathological liars they assisted in prosecuting an innocent man of a crime he didn't commit.  I don't know how any of them sleep at night.

Good morning!  How about breakfast.  "It appears to be pancakes, but it looks like toast, taste like toast."  Is it toast or pancakes?  How about eggs, "over easy" or "scrambled".  Are they over easy or scrambled?  It appears to be scrambled, but it could be over easy.  If you can't tell, just sit back and stick another donut in your mouth and don't worry about it because things aren't what they appear.

I guess all is wondering what we have been up to, but do you think for a moment that I am going to tell you?  Not a chance.  How did everyone like the recording from the meeting with the Harris County District Attorney's office?  Yeah, we liked it too. 

We thought we would help some, so-called educated people out.  Let's see, the definition of lying..."a contradictory statement".  That's interesting, let's look up "contradictory"..  "opposite of".    Oh, well, if you look up "inconsistent" in the Thesaurus..  "contradictory".  Do you see the pattern here?  And, guess what, it took about 5 minutes of "investigating to figure out, when someone says something, then says the opposite, it means they are lying.  I'm so impressed with my investigative skills!

Now, for a little more investigating.  Review the statements "he had a gun", "he didn't have a gun".  Hmmm... I know it "appears" that this could be a difficult analogy, but let's try it.  "HAD", "DIDN'T HAVE".  Those "appear" to be "opposite".  Oh, that means, lying, going back to the break down, which leads right down to... oh.. that's right.. "inconsistent", which falls under the Texas Penal Code, Chapter 37.

Now, that doesn't even take the skill level of a kindergartener to figure out.  Hmmm.. Okay boys and girls, "Jane said Dick had a gun." then, "Jane said Dick didn't have a gun."  Bet a kindergartener can figure that one out.  Now, since the Harris County District Attorney's office hasn't figured that out yet, does that tell you something about the skills of the Harris County District Attorney's office?  It tells me something...  but of course, we will let you form your own opinion.  One thing I will say, is if the safety and welfare is in the hands of people at the Harris County District Attorney's office, I would be scared for the citizens.  If they can't figure out someone just lied, how are they going to figure out more complicated cases?  Scary!

We thought we would begin by sharing this recording of the meeting from June 12, 2009.  We were discussing Christine and Paula Trent committing aggravated perjury and ultimately, getting Robert convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.  Of course, this recording is reduced in content, but reflects members of the Harris County District Attorney's office stating that either 1) the statements appear to be inconsistent, or 2) that they are...   (Give the recording time to load.)  One thing I want to note here, is in the recording, I made a statement about Paula and the car door, when in fact, I meant car door handle.

After listening to this recording, tell me why the Harris County District Attorney either 1) continued to prosecute Robert and/or 2) did not prosecute Christine and Paula Trent for aggravated perjury.  What we would like to have the opinion of the public on whether this meets the "probable cause" under the Texas Penal Code, Chapter 37.02, 37.03 and 37.06.

Don't ever believe what you hear in political campaigns, politicians lie to you.  Maybe that is why they condoned the actions of these two women.

09/10/09:  Good morning everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent:

Good morning boys and girls!  I was thinking about the last couple of days and the conversation I had with a gentleman at the Harris County District Attorney's office.  He asked that I send him a letter describing the events of September 15, 2005, which I had no problem doing.  I also pointed out to him what the Texas Penal Code, Chapter 37.06 states.  It talks about inconsistent statements and the fact that the prosecutor need not prove the which statement is true or false, just that they are inconsistent, which there should be no problem.  "He has a gun, he didn't have a gun.."  Hmmmm...  No one need look past the police reports, Protective Order or trial transcripts to get the point that Robert was prosecuted on nothing but perjured testimony.  It doesn't matter who is interviewed, etc..  It doesn't change what is on paper at the Harris County District Attorney's office.  Christine and Paula, do you get that nothing changes that?

And, I understand that Christine was interviewed by the investigators at the Harris County District Attorney's office.  Just curious Chris, which version did you tell now?  It can't be both versions.  Or, did you tell them a new version, like you did Cristina in Cristina's Court?  Bet says that they can take your statement again, match it up to what you have already said previously and it is different.  As much as you lie, you probably exaggerated the story even more.

You know, I can understand a child lying lie a dog to get out of something, but for two people, who are supposed to be adults, lying on a man to get him out of the house, wrecking his life?  You can't tell me for a moment that you did not know what you were doing.  It was like that one moment when the light bulb went on in Cristina's Court.  You know, the one where Christine slipped and said that she did take Robert's property, then you hesitated, looked down and then stated it was given to you for your birthday.  I'm sure you realized that you had already told Judge Kent Adams you didn't take the property.  Will you ever stop lying?

Christine, get some psychiatric treatment.  You have a very severe mental problem to do the things you have done to people, because you have no remorse.  I hope, when they get you and Paula, they make you an example.  It is people like you who use, abuse and ruin our criminal justice system.  The criminal justice system was designed to punish true criminals, not make criminals out of innocent people.  You both have gotten yourselves so deep in it, that you know that you can not get out, so you keep exaggerating the story on Robert more and more.  No one believes your lies.  When you said that Robert was mental, it was because you and Paula put him there.  You both need to seek psychiatric help.  You can get that for free at the Harris County Mental Health Mental Retardation Center.

Got to thinking that maybe there are some people that just don't quite understand the law, so let me help you out here.  Texas Penal Code 37.06 states that the prosecution need not prove whether the statements are true or false, they only have to prove that they are contradictory, which is defined as being opposite or inconsistent.  That the statements either are, or are not different from each other.  Both can be false, one can be true and the other false, but both can not be true.  That means, one of the statements has to be a lie. (but I'm pretty sure all the statements are lies).  That makes them contradictory.  Got it?

Here are a few examples from the testimony of the Protective Order and the trial.

Sorry, I was getting a bit carried away.  I was supposed to be putting in contradictory statements, not just blatant lies that can be backed up by police reports.  Let me try again.

I think that is a good start.  So, if all the prosecutor has to do is prove the statements were contradictory, not whether one is true or false, I would say it would be pretty easy.

09/06/09:  Good morning everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent: 

Not that it hasn't been mentioned before, but there is something I want to iterate.  The Texas Penal Code, Section 37.03 talks about Aggravated Perjury.  Perjury becomes aggravated, when false statements are made during an official proceeding (court) and the statements are material (changes the outcome of the trial, Section 37.04).  Section 37.06 talks about Inconsistent Statements.  The prosecution need not prove which statement is true or false, only that it is inconsistent with another statement. 

With that being said, there was a meeting held with the Harris County District Attorney's office.  We covered just a few (out of the over 100 inconsistent statements) and not one time did I hear that the statements were not inconsistent.  When I brought up the statements and asked if the people attending the meeting agreed with whether the statements were inconsistent or not, I received the answers, it appears so or yes.  Actually, it either is, or it isn't.  No two ways about it.  The attorney I had brought to the meeting with me, reviewing the Protective Order transcripts, the trial transcripts and police reports and made the statement that there were gross inconsistencies in the statements.  Since the Protective Order and trial are considered "official proceedings", and the statements are inconsistent, and they are material, and no one disagreed that the statements were inconsistent, I would say that there is a case.  How about you?

No one need go past the Protective Order and trial to determine if aggravated perjury was committed, all they have to do is to read the transcripts and match the statements.  I'm just a "normal everyday person" and I can tell, then another lawyer reviews the transcripts and determined the same.  It doesn't take a rocket scientists to prove it.  If detectives and lawyers, during a meeting can agree that the statements are inconsistent, then it wouldn't take a jury very long to determine the same.

Then, you know what makes it even better?  Christine didn't remember what she said in the Protective Order and the trial, then turns around in another legal proceeding and states that now she doesn't follow Robert (whether he has a gun or not), but now drags her down the hall by the hair of the head.  This is interesting because, if you review Robert's medical records, there is no way he could have wrestled with a healthy teenager, a fat woman (Christine, dragging her by the hair of the head), have a cane or walker and be carrying a gun, all at the same time.  It was not physically possible for him to do this.  Yes, I gathered all of Robert's medical records and gave them to the members of the meeting also.

If you don't believe me, that there was a meeting, go ahead and contact me, I will let you hear snippets of the tape recording.  I do not have a problem with that.  Christine and Paula, would you like to do that before you go down there and turn yourself in for aggravated perjury, just to see if you can get a little mercy?  Just send me an email at info@americaswrongfullyconvicted.com and I will send you a small piece of it.  I don't want the entire meeting up there because there were a few surprises in there we don't want you to know about.

Christine and Barbara, you made a statement to me during Cristina's Court, that I was not there.  Well, let me tell you something.  I did not have to be there, I can read the transcripts and it is all there.  I'm the one that dissected them and matched them statement for statement, then an attorney reviewed them and determined the same.  When it is on paper, in black and white, no one had to be there, it is evident that Christine and Paula are liars!

09/02/09:  Good evening everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent: 

Today was a VERY productive day.  We received many replies back to the emails we sent out, requesting that people and organizations put Sara's picture up on their websites.  We informed them that we are very concerned about her safety and welfare, and we felt that someone had to step up and find this girl. 

Next, I thought, since Christine decided to lie to investigators with ease, then she probably wouldn't mind lying to some more of them.  I made a few calls today.  Let's see if Christine understand this..

Yep, ever heard of being stuck between a rock and a hard place?  That is where you will find yourself real soon.  I did a little more homework and I have to say, people sure like to give out information.  Since you would have to produce Sara to the next investigators, then that would mean you lied to the ones from the Harris County District Attorney's office.  If you lie to them, then you have another problem.  Either way, well, you guess...  it's a choice, one or the other...  Of course, the next ones are much more serious, so you might want to go and tell the investigators at the Harris County District Attorney's office that you lied to them about Sara.  But then again... you could still be in trouble from both sides.   Interesting thought.

09/01/09:  Good evening everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent: 

It appears as though Christine, and a few others, are up to their old tricks, like lying to investigators.  Let's cover the subject of Sara Trent, Christine's daughter, who was at the house at the time that Christine and Paula alleges Robert committed an aggravated assault.  Now mind you, Sara was never mentioned, except in one police report, where Christine states that she had to stay with Sara at the house while Paula runs for help.  Oh, but wait, she testifies that Sara ran all the way to the neighbors house and was not there.  Another contradictory statement!! 

Back to the point.  Sara is sought for questioning, but has now... just disappeared into thin air.  Sara's OWN MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER STATE NOW, THAT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THIS GIRL IS!  But, in Cristina's Court, Barbara Schuette made the statement that "the girls", were out of state. 

Let us tell you a bit about Sara, you make your own conclusion.  Sara is 21 years old.  She has spina-bifida, disabled, is on disability SSI, has no education and it is necessary for her to have a guardian or caregiver, she is not capable of living on her own.  This girl would not just take off and no one know where she is.  If Christine is stating she does not know where her own child is, we can only come up with two conclusions.  1)  She is just a bad mother or, 2) she's lying.  Actually, I opted to say it is both.

Due to being concerned for her safety and well being, a report has been filed with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  A report has also been filed with the National Center for Missing Adults.  If no one knows where this girl is, then it is time for someone to step up to find her, she didn't just wander off and people are not fools.  They don't believe this because, it happened in the middle of an investigation.  All this information has been turned over to both agencies.  If her own mother doesn't care enough to find her disabled daughter, we will do whatever we can to find this girl because, with everything that Christine and Paula did to Robert, we have every reason to fear for her safety and well being.

If this girl is not located, I personally will put out thousands of fliers all over Houston and the surrounding area.  I will also have them distributed to around known addresses in Michigan.  I will personally offer a reward for verifiable information on her whereabouts.  I will also contact all social services offices (to include Social Security) and welfare offices and inform them that she has been reported missing, until she is found. 

P.S.  Christine, you know I don't bluff, or play games.  When I tell you I have done something, trust me, I have.

08/30/09:  Good morning everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent: 

Just in case most people aren't familiar with the duties of the Grand Jury, we thought we would give everyone a bit of information.  The duties of the Grand Jury are outlined in chapter 20 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. Their primary responsibility is, to evaluate the state's evidence against a person and decide whether there is probable cause for the criminal charge. 

After a person considers ALL the evidence that has been collected in this case, and people remark that the evidence is there (not counting what has been collected that we are not disclosing), then there should be no problem in convincing the Grand Jury that Christine and Paula committed aggravated perjury, and continue to lie in official proceedings.  One thing I want to point out here is, that in chapter 20, it also states that not only can the state's attorney represent evidence, but also any credible person.  Nice clause.  There is also under 20.17, How Suspect or Accused Questioned, it is clear that they take lying to the court very seriously because it specifically points out that any person giving a false statement to a material question, is subject to aggravated perjury.  Could it also be that they would consider all the lies you two have told to get Robert prosecuted, just as serious?

Let's not take all the fun out of today..

First, again, I want to start by saying THANKS for all the supporting emails.  We are surprised to receive so many from Harris County citizens, and nice to know people care enough to take the time to send their thoughts and prayers through emails.  They are much appreciated.

Many people are inquiring about all the evidence we have.  Of course, we have some listed on the website, but there is some evidence that we have chosen not to post because of an on going investigation and we don't want to put everything out there.  We're sure you will understand, as we do not want Christine and Paula to know everything.  We know that people want to know everything, and we have had a reporter contact us, but we have informed them that we can not put everything out at this time.  So, please be patient.

Oh, and to Christine and Paula, we are sure you have been lying to everyone, in fact, we know you have.  Trust me, people are not stupid.  I think we should extend the invitation again, since you have insisted that everything you have said is true, then please, go ahead and file a lawsuit.  We want you to so that we can bring out what we know and make you look like the liars you are, and don't forget all your friends, bring them too.  Maybe your friends would like to know what liars you two are and how you have lied to everyone.  You know, the people who told you how someone in their family got set up the same way you set up Robert.  Could you have possibly got the idea of how to do it after you heard their story?  Hmmmm....  interesting...  something to think about...

Just curious, how do you two feel knowing that someone finally listened to us and is looking into the wild story you made up to set Robert up??  It is so obvious you two lied, just look at the discrepancies, then of course, they have other things you don't know about.  I remember someone remarking about the discrepancies being monumental. (and, since we know you wouldn't know what that means, it means overwhelming because they are so over the top)  There are so many lies, where do you start when you are telling the story again?  If you say one thing, it will contradict the other, so where do you start, or do you make up a new version like you did on Cristina's Court?  Or, do you just feel like a rat in a cage?

Just thought we would drop a quick note here.  I was thinking about the previous message and something hit me in the testimony.  Paula, you state in there that you had no money, so your mother was buying you CD's and books to study.  How do you buy things with no money?  But, let me throw something else at you, YOUR MOTHER REMOVED YOU FROM PUBLIC SCHOOL!  You could have gone to public school, but YOUR MOTHER didn't want you to go.  She was the one that had custody of you and had the authority to put you in, or take you out, of public school.  And, let me give you some more information, NO ONE HAD TO PAY FOR YOU TO GO TO PUBLIC SCHOOL!  You could have caught the bus, gone to school, got assistance for your lunch, caught the bus home, no expense.  The problem was, your mother didn't want you to go to public school AND when my mother bought you books and CD's to study, you didn't want to do that either. 

YOU wanted to run the neighborhood, with your friends and with the boys.  Robert bought you a computer, you broke it.  Then, you were put on your mother's computer, you broke it.  Then, Robert bought more computers, you broke them too.  That is because you did not want to study.  You sure had a lot of time to play with those 5 video game systems in yours and Sara's bedroom.  If you wanted to learn anything, you would have gone to public school FREE.  So, don't put the fact that you were lazy and didn't want to learn off on Robert, put that on yourself and your mother. 

You can also put it on your mother that she has not been a good role model for you.  She has taught you some pretty bad habits, like lying.  She did not have the concern for you, to see that you got a decent education.  She did not work and refused to work.  She was just lazy and just think, she has passed it all on to you and your sister. 

Christine also passed on to you that it is okay to destroy people's lives to get what you want.  The one person who cared enough to try to teach you something, who tried to protect you, who raised you, who bought you many things, because he loved you and your sister, when he made good money, and what do you do to him?  You destroyed his life with your lies because you wanted to run with the boys.

Let me give you a bit of education.  When you do horrible things to people, there are some that fight back.  I do believe my mother used to tell you something, "Know the dragon you are fighting before you go into battle."  One thing is for sure, you thought you could do what you and your mother did and walk away and that no one would know the truth.  You never thought in your wildest dreams that we would come together as a family to fight the injustice you and your mother have done, if not, then you do not know us very well.

Let me make a suggestion.  When you get time, and you will, use it wisely.  Get a GED, learn to read, learn that you can not drive a car from New York to Europe.  Then, learn about people, like the married men you were seeing.  Yes, I said MEN because I now know that there were more than Jose.  You had no idea who you were messing with, when you were messing with him.  He used you, and you let him because of your lack of education.  How do the teenagers put it?  Oh, that's right.. YOU WERE PUNKED.  I know you understand that language.  How does it feel to know that?

08/22/09:  Good afternoon, and Christine and Paula Trent:

Over the last few weeks, we have been picking on Christine most of the time for all the lies she has told, and we've neglected Paula.  We surely don't want her to feel left out, so we decided to dedicate today to Paula and the lies she has told.  Let's begin with September 14, 2005.  Paula states in the trial, that the police were not called to her house that day.  Paula, you know, the day before you decided to set Robert up.  Well, you lied, and guess what, the Harris  County District Attorney's office asked me if I had that police report.  You know, as much digging as we have done, I had it, so I turned it over to them.  That proved you lied about that.

Now, let's get to another one.  In the trial, you testified that you couldn't do your school work because your computer was broken and Robert didn't know how to fix it.  Let me show you..

Now, let's think about this for a moment...  One thing you didn't think about, is the fact that Robert had all of his computer certifications. Then, he was the Network Administrator for the Houston Independent School District, for M.D. Anderson and Compaq, and you honestly think that someone would believe that Robert didn't know how to fix a desk top computer?  Christine, just because you stole all of Robert's certifications, doesn't mean they couldn't be replaced to prove what is said, along with his work history, that can be verified too.

Paula, you also state in the testimony that your mother was the one that bought you all the books and CD's to study.  That is not true either.  My mother, the one you called "Grandmother", the one that you said you had no relationship with, was the one that bought all the books and CD's for you to study.  Oh yeah, and btw, my mother still has the receipts to prove it. 

When you were asked about how to get from New York to Europe, you said you would drive a car.  OMG!   Talk about STUPID!  *rolling my eyes*

These are just a few of the lies that you can't.. uh... let's say... lie your way out of...  IT IS ON PAPER, JUST LIKE THE REST OF THEM!

We were told to be patient, and we have been, but everyday that goes by, something else comes out.  I remember Pat Lykos saying, "Sunshine is the best disinfectant".  And with everyday that goes by, the sun gets brighter and brighter.  And, everyday people just keep right on digging into things.  AMAZING!  Do you really think that they are just going to take your word that you are telling the truth, especially after we have gone to them and shown them everything that proves you are a liar?  If you do, you are definitely not the brightest light bulb in the package, but who ever thought you were anyway?  Christine, we really suggest you go and tell your lawyer how you've been lying.  Remember the reaction of the prosecutor during the Violation of the Protective Order when she chewed your fanny out, well, I got a feeling that there are going to be a few more people with that same reaction, just a bit more severe. 

Heck, go ahead and hold off because you think we are bluffing because, I want to see them come and get you.  One of the first things I'm going to ask for is your mug shot.  Can't wait to see that picture!  And, do not think I won't put it up for the world to see.  I want everyone to know what a liar you are and, that it does not pay to lie to officers, investigators and judges.

I just can't wait for the next few days!  Do I feel the count down getting into the single digits now?  *LMAO*

I'm not surprised.  Christine goes in an LIES AGAIN!  When does it stop?  Christine, you are impossible and will never learn your lesson.  And, the only reason you had to take an attorney, is because you are a liar and a thief.  Did you bother to inform your attorney of that?  No, I didn't think so.  If you had nothing to hide, you would have gone in when you were first asked, but you lied to Judge Kent Adams, and you know you did.  Roger, Robert, my mother, Connie and Karen could not even believe their ears when you told that judge you didn't take Robert's property.  Then you slipped on national television and said you did.  Do you not think that people could see the hesitation you took to quickly think up a lie, right before you said you got it for your birthday?

People ask why we stay so angry with you.  It is because you will not stop lying!  Sometimes, I think you lie to yourself.  Who knows.

We've decided that you not only need to be nominated to the Guinness Book of World Records, you need to be nominated for the because, not only do you and Paula hold the most lies ever told to the criminal justice system, YOU are just plain stupid!

We decided to nominate Christine and Paula for the Guinness Book of World Records.  They have managed to tell more lies to law enforcement, detectives and courts than anyone I've ever known.  I looked at the Guinness Book of World Records and to see what the record was and I was surprised, there was none.  Just think, you two could go in strong and hold the record for a VERY LONG time! 

Not only all the lies regarding setting up Robert, but what about the lies you told in the Violation of the Protective Order where Christine lied stating that Robert was making harassing phone calls from the jail when he wasn't even in jail.  Or, what about the officer that was investigating you for one of the other issues where you told the investigator that Robert called you 5 times a day, every day for 2 years!  Do you realize that is 3,650 calls and you didn't even report it to the police?  Do you honestly think they believe that?  Just more lies!

Let's go back even further than that, let's go back a few years.  You know Christine, when you were telling everyone Brad made you live in a dump and tried to poison you with lawn chemicals.  Well, it was verified that Brad's mother gave you a nice garage apartment to live in while in California.  That's right.  She was a real estate person.  Oh, and how about Denny?  You know, the one you were pregnant by and told everyone you lost the baby because he was beating you in the stomach?  Of course, Roger and I had a taste of your lies when you told Steve that Roger was abusing you and he came out beating on the hood of my car.  Let's not for forget your neighbors in the trailer park where you and Robert lived.  You told Marie and Bob Cook that you were pregnant and they were giving you maternity clothes (yes, there are pictures of those on the website) and baby items.  Then the church pantry, all those people you told you were pregnant and they gave you a bassinet, baby items, toys.  Not the bassinet that was on the show that was a prop, but the real one that I still have.  I wonder how Marie, Bob and the people at the church feel, knowing you duped them with your lies after seeing Cristina's Court?  Then there is our family.  You took money from my mother for prenatal care, etc.  Why did you take her money if you KNEW you weren't pregnant, as you stated on the show?  I know why, because you are a liar and a thief.  You stole that money from her by deception.  God, and you, only knows how many other people you have lied to and stolen from. 

Yep, I would say Christine and Paula deserve to be put in the Guinness Book of World Records!  I do believe we will nominate them for it!  I have no doubt in my mind that they would be awarded a place in the book.  In fact, hold first place!  Here's your ribbon!

We are just curious Christine, which version have you told people now?  So far, we can count three.  Was it the one where you were on your hands and knees and the BEGINNING of the incident and Robert didn't have a gun, or the one where you were on your hands and knees and he did have a gun?  Or was it the one where you were on your hands and knees at the END of the incident and Robert had a gun.  Or, let's try this, you followed Robert down the hall because he didn't have a gun and you wanted to see what he was going to do.  Or, you followed Robert down the hall because he had a gun.  Oh, but yet there is the other version you told on Cristina's Court.  So, now you didn't follow Robert, you were drug by the hair of the head down the hall. 

How many versions of a story do you have to tell before people figure out you are a LIAR?  Every time you tell the story it gets worse and worse.  None of your stories are consistent and that isn't hard to tell from reading the transcripts.  Do you think everyone is an idiot?  You and Paula had so many different discrepancies in your testimony, oh, let's see, 156, because I found two more on June 11th.  What?  Oh, Paula was upset and crying when you were on your hands and knees, no, then there is the version where she shrugged her shoulders and just said she didn't want to get involved and get in trouble.  You were confused during the trial because you couldn't keep your stories straight and you were afraid you would be caught.

I know you lied to more people, because if you would have told the truth, your fanny would be in a jail cell right now.  So, you lied to them too.  How many law enforcement officers and investigators are you going to lie to?  Do you not think that your lies will ever catch up with you?   

The one thing I do agree with Cristina about is, you are mental and need help.  Go get some.

People are not fools Christine and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out you are a liar.  People can see through what you and Paula have told and actions.  You figure it out...

Is everyone aware of the old saying, "scattering like rats on a sinking ship"?

08/04/09:  Good morning, and Christine and Paula Trent:

There are times when a person reflects back on times of their lives.  This morning, I woke up thinking about all the kids I have taken in over the years because they didn't have parents who cared about them.  They used to tell me that they wished that they had a mom that loved them the way that I do.

When I thought about all that this morning, my thoughts turned to Paula and Sara.  When Robert met Christine, her girls did not have a father figure in their lives, and he found out that one of the girls, Sara, was extremely disabled.  That did not stop Robert from building a family with Christine and her two girls.

There are many women, with children, that will tell you that there are many men that would not have taken on this situation in their lives, that they would only want a woman who had no children and a good career, neither which applied to this situation.

Robert grew to love the girls.  I remember watching him with them when they were very small.  He would put them on his lap, bouncing them and just laugh.  He would teach them things and then tell them how proud he was of them when they could exhibit the skills and then he would hug them.  How many times I would see him smile and talk about how much he loved them.

As the girls grew older, of course, like any teenagers, there would always be problems.  During this time, Robert became disabled himself and at times, there were situations when the girls would get totally out of control.  Due to his disability, he had no choice but to call law enforcement in order to get the girls under control.  This was not something he wanted to do, but something he was forced to do in order to keep him and his family safe.

Christine, instead of enforcing good behavior skills, would be a bad roll model and then later contribute to Paula's bad behavior.  As Robert grew more disabled, and unable to defend himself, Christine and Paula took advantage of his  debilitating condition and set him up for an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.  They used the fact that he had to take medication just so he could barely function on a daily basis and that he had a weapon in his home to protect his family.  This was done out of greed and selfishness.  When they had him put in jail, they cleaned out his home, leaving him with nothing but trash.

We ask ourselves everyday, how can a woman do this to a man that has let her stay home to raise her children, and him raise children that were not biologically his.  Robert loved Christine and her girls deeply.  Even after they had done one of the worst possible things to him, destroying his life, he would cry and talk about how much he loved them.  It is a very difficult situation to watch, as a mother, a brother and a sister.  How can someone love someone so much?  That is a question I can not answer, only Robert.

I can not express to you the damage that Christine and Paula have done to him and our family.  I still to this day can not understand how they even got this past the prosecutors at the Harris County District Attorney's office.  All the discrepancies in testimony.  All the lies told by Christine in the many court proceedings.  How does this happen when it is so blatantly obvious?

I'm not sure how these two look themselves in the mirror every day.  How they can not have any remorse for the things that they have done to a man who loved them, and his mother, who so willingly gave to them as though they were her own grandchildren.  It is beyond my comprehension, as we were not raised that way.  Maybe it is in the raising, or maybe in the genes, who knows.

When I think about all the things, and lies, that Christine and Paula have told, I think about all the quotes I have heard about liars...

*  "Clever liars give details, but the cleverest don't."

Mom and I went out to dinner at a Chinese restaurant.  Most of the evening, we talked about the events that surround Robert's case.  At the end of the meal, of course, we had to open up the fortune cookies.  Anyone that goes to a Chinese restaurant knows that this is a must.  Even though people know the fortunes are somewhat of a joke, we actually came across one that made sense so, we decided to share it with you.

07/28/09:  Good evening, and Christine and Paula Trent:

I was sitting here reflecting on the last few years, and all the things that have transpired.  I think about how Christine and Paula set Robert up, about their lying in the protective order, the violation of the protective order (where Christine and her mother were caught lying), the trial.  Then I think about the different courts with Christine and how she lied through all of them.  The only one that saw through Christine in the courts, was Judge Yeoman.  And of course, there was Officer Acosta, who saw through Christine and Paula at the scene.  Then, there is Cristina's Court.  There are still so many unanswered questions, and I don't care what people think, we still believe that there was a baby.  Of course, she lied there too.  She lied about Robert dragging her by the hair of the head, and that she never told anyone she was pregnant.  Why do we have maternity clothes and pictures of baby items.  Why was there fetal monitoring and the positive pregnancy tests?  And the findings by the dogs?  Yes, I still have all that information and until all this is settled, I'm not throwing anything away.

What is the motive behind Robert being set up?  Could be one of many things, but we do know that they wanted to steal everything he had and have all the relationships with boys without having to sneak them through a window. (laughing a bit)  I could just picture that 35 year old man (Jose) crawling through the bedroom window, or even the married man down the street.  What a sad state of affairs.

Then I still have all the thoughts going through my mind of all the possibilities of what could have happened.  It is scary what could of happened.  Even though in one sense, we have lost a piece of our brother, but I thank God something else did not happen to him.  Even with everything, I think that there is a lesson to be learned by everyone.  It shows that people should do their jobs, they should listen to both sides of the story and not just assume that someone is guilty.  Investigate, listen to the things people are saying.  Go back and look at what has happened and said before.  There are always two sides to every story.

There is something that stuck in my mind when reading all the transcripts.  It was that the only thing Robert would say was that he didn't do it, and he was criticized for that, but what do you say when you haven't done something?  Saying you didn't do it is the only thing you can say.  He, and we, tried to fight the system and he was not going to plead guilty for something he did not do, and I wouldn't either.  He was placing his faith in a system to be fair and just, to do what is right.

One thing I want to stress here is, that when people run for office, they don't want to hear about the great number of convictions.  People would rather have someone with less convictions, convicting the criminals, than more, convicting innocent people.  Justice is about protecting people, not making them the victims of the system.  Every time there is a wrongful conviction, the criminal is left on the street to make someone else their victim, while the innocent, and their family, suffer the indignations perpetrated by a wrongful conviction.  It is like a sore that never goes away, not until things are rectified.

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to the people who have helped us along the way.  As much as I would like to, I can't mention any names, but you know who you are.  You are the officer that came to my door, the Lieutenant and Sergeants that spent time with me on the phone.  The officer who sat with me in the lobby of the D.A.'s office, who most of all, kept his word and did what he said he would do.  Then there were the people at the table who took time out of their busy day to visit with me.  To the sheriff and his chief deputy in San Jacinto County who went above and beyond our expectations.  We can not express to all of you gentlemen, and the lady, the appreciation we have for what you have done.  You have given us faith in the system again.

Looking for a new message?  We thought the last one was SO IMPORTANT, that you should read it again.  I want to stress to you again, you could have gotten Robert killed with the shenanigans you two pulled. 

I was watching the tape again, watching your expressions, especially the one where Cristina said something about getting to the truth.  You wouldn't know the truth if it slapped you in the face.  I have said it before, and I will say it again, you two are liars and the truth will come out through all of this.  You think you were offended by things we have done?  One thing is for sure, it was not done out of malice, but out of love and concern.  You on the other hand did things to Robert, Emma, her children and others out of pure meanness.

07/26/09:  Good morning, and Christine and Paula Trent:

I have had people approach me, stating that they could tell that we have a total distain for you two.  I told them that I have very mixed feelings regarding the situation.  Let me explain...

Christine:  There is no doubt in my mind that you have a mental illness.  Anyone that could make up lies about everyone that has ever come into your life, and then to keep exaggerating them to the point of absurdity, has a mental illness.  To me, it almost parallels Münchausen syndrome by proxy, in that you cause injury to others through your lies in order to gain attention, or some other benefit.  I have thought about all the lies you told on Brad, Denny and Robert.  I also remember the time you told a guy a bunch of lies about Roger, then the guy came out and beat dents in the hood of my car.  Have you ever thought of the irreparable damage you have done to these people through your lies?

I have thought about your mother, the one who lied on Robert during the violation of the protective order and, who lied to Gloria Trent, supporting your lie that you were a Houston police officer.  Then there is your father, who lied to Judge Kent Adams regarding Robert's property.  Is lying a learned behavior, handed down for generations? 

Paula:  There is no doubt, you are your mother's child.  The apple doesn't fall far away from the tree.  I thought about the relationship between you and Robert.  No, he wasn't your father, but I can tell you, he loved you.  I know, when you are a kid, you don't think about the repercussions of your actions on someone's life, for the rest of their life.  You wanted to sneak your boyfriends through the window.  Robert wanted to protect you from many things.  1.  sex, committing yourself physically and mentally to a relationship that you are not capable of handling at a young age.  2.  diseases.  3.  teen pregnancy.  4. pedophiles  5.  your physical safety and the safety of his family.  In turn, what do you do to him?  You lie on the man that tried to protect you, get him thrown in jail, get him prosecuted and ruin his life, and for what?  I agree with Robert.  If you wanted to have a boyfriend, they should have respected you and your family enough to come through the front door, not the window.  Them sneaking through the window says one thing, they are only there for what they can get, or should I say, get into.  We went to the trailer park where you all used to live and people still talk about the boys coming through the window.  You had absolutely no discretion regarding your relationships.

Paula, your mother took you out of school.  Even though your mother did this, Robert wanted you to have some education.  He begged your mother to teach you the things that he outlined at the house.  He would get upset with your mother for not teaching you and Sara.  When your mother took you out of school, she subjected you to a life of poverty.  You can blame that one on your mother.  You think you can find someone to support you for the rest of your life?  Let me tell you something.  Men lose interest in dumb, stupid, lazy women.  Then, yes, they dump you.  Any man, of any substance, would not have someone like you.

To both of you:  Now, let's think about a few other things.  With the scenario you two came up with could have caused more damage than what you could possibly imagine.  Being an ex-cop (and yes Christine, a real one, not pretend), I understand the danger and caution officers have to take when dealing with someone with a weapon, so the senses are acute.  What if a nervous officer, believing that Robert actually had a weapon when coming up on the scene, would have shot Robert and killed him?  Was what little he had and the boys worth his life?  It is hard for me to fathom the repercussions of your lies. 

Then, when you think of the wasted time and money that could have been used for true victims.  You have wasted the time of prosecutors, defense attorneys, judges, jurors, jailers, officers, etc.. just to prosecute him.  A waste of thousands of dollars.  Then, there is what you did to Robert.  You destroyed his life.  He can't get a job or a place to live.  No one will hire him or allow them to live in places due to the conviction.  There is the mental anguish you have put him through.  How about my mother.  The woman who gave you money for years, helping to support you and bought you presents for your birthday or Christmas?  And what do you do to her?  This event has caused her to suffer from a heart attack due to the stress.  She has had to watch her own child suffer.  Not to mention the thousands of dollars spent to get the conviction overturned. 

Roger.  You tried to get him arrested for breaking and entering.  This was when he went to get Robert clothes because you had Robert arrested in his pajamas.  Roger has done everything he can to help Robert though this.  He would sit by Robert's bedside during the time Robert almost gave up on life and watched as Robert almost died due to severe depression and the extreme loss of weight.

You want to know why we are angry?  It is because of damage you have done to everyone.  Even though we understand you have an illness and are uneducated, YOU KNEW what you were doing.  You put Robert's life in jeopardy, and for what?  Some property, that in the scheme of things amounts to only a few thousand dollars and being able to have relationships with boys?????  What would you have done if Robert would have gotten killed?  Do you understand how crazy and shallow that is?  Do you even think past yourself and your greed?  Why didn't you just tell Robert you didn't want to be there and go on with your lives?  Christine, you could have just left and Paula, you could have had your own place and brought all your men through the front door instead of a window.  If you would have done what is right, you would not be receiving the wrath of our anger.  Trust me, this anger can make people want to go places that they wouldn't normally do.  It can turn an rational person, irrational.  That is what this type of anger can do to people, but we also understand, that this anger has to be controlled because we have to trust that "the system" will do what is right.  At this point, we do not care what people think when we poke fun on this website, nor do we care what you think, or your feelings.  It is a way to get out some of the anger, but trust me, there are snippets of truth in what we say and we advise you to pay attention.  When we tell you that we are going to keep coming at you until the situation is rectified, we are not "poking fun", we are very serious.

Just think, if you had not of chose the route you took, you would not be facing the possibility of prison.  I believe in goes around, comes around.  You just never expected that people would stand up and fight back.  You expected everyone to walk away and say, what is done, is done.  No, we were brought up to protect each other and stand up for what is right and just and we intend to do just that.  We, along with Emma, want to sit in a court room and see you convicted for your crimes, for the damage you have done to our family, to Emma's and her children and for the many more that we either know, or don't know about.  Someone has to stop you both, and that is our intention.  You are foul, evil people.  Maybe, with you two sitting in prison cells, with plenty of time to think, you will think about what you have done to others.  Maybe you will get some medical treatment for your conditions.  Maybe, you will learn your lesson, then again, maybe not, but at least you will pay for your crimes.  We are not going to just go away and we are not going to stop putting the truth up on this website.  Doing nothing, begets evil.  We will not sit idly by, accepting what you have done, and just let you walk away scot-free.  It is not going to happen, so, like we have told you, you can either go and confess your crimes, or we will keep going until we get that phone call, with someone advising us, that you have been picked up and taken to jail.  If you wait until they come and get you, it will only make things worse.  Trust me, people know, that if you don't step forward, and you state you want an attorney before you talk to an officer, that you have something to hide.

We were thinking, since you like to go to the library, that you might want to look into a couple of good books, one being the Merchant of Venice and the other being the Pit and the Pendulum.  Of course, it is way above your reading level, so you might want to check out the audio books.  Oh, I'm sorry, you wouldn't be able to understand the vocabulary.  Dang, do you know how hard it is to communicate with someone on the level of a second or third grader?  Maybe even lower.  Even a 5 year old knows the difference between right and wrong, and knows not to lie.   

Well, let's see.  Since you can't read or write worth a darn, then maybe you will understand this picture.  This seems to be all you two can understand.  If you don't (which wouldn't surprise me either) it is a picture of you two with your noses in a corner. 

Don't worry Christine, we did not leave out your little friend, or should we say, the ONLY friend you have.  And Paula, your pink fluffy socks didn't get left out either.

Go ahead, make that call to set your appointment.  See, there is something we know, you don't have a good criminal attorney.  Oh, and by the way, the University of Houston attorneys do not defend people in court for criminal cases.  In fact, I think I'll just make a trip down there and take them a few things just to prove you have lied to them, just like you lied to everyone else.

Do you think for a moment that everyone is a fool and will believe the lies you tell.  Like they asked me in Cristina's Court, was I there, no, but I can read and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out between the protective order and trial transcripts, you and your daughter are liars and set Robert up. 

Do me a favor.  Go see an attorney.  Tell them you want to sue me for libel and slander.  PLEASE.  That way, I can drag into court what I have, and what I have found that is not on this website and prove it.  I want you to, please do.  Then, we will counter sue you and Paula.  Then, we are going to watch you and Paula squirm in your seats.  Oh, won't that be fun.  So go ahead, call the University of Houston and get another one of those free attorneys.  They will look like the prosecutor during the violation of the protective order, and you think you got a butt chewing then?  That will be nothing compared to the butt chewing you would get from the free attorney from the University of Houston.  Attorneys don't like to be made fools of.

Christine, is there a reason why you are delaying the inevitable?  Do you actually think that things are just going to go away because you just keep putting things off?  Let us help you.  All you have to do is print it off and hand it in.  Might as well just do it and get it over with because it is not going to go away.  You are a liar and a thief... and your daughter is a liar.  You and your father lied to Judge Kent Adams stating you did not steal Robert's property, then you stated on national television, that you did.  I do believe that is.. uh.. perjury and theft.

I find it to be amazing what you can find when you start digging.  Even things from over 4 years ago.       So, if you are wondering why I'm not leaving you a long interesting meeting, it was because I was digging, and yes, I found what I was looking for.

And, for those that wonder why we don't give up, it is because Robert is innocent.  No one should have to just accept things and move on.  You can't move on when you are boxed in due to a wrongful conviction.  Anyone that thinks that is possible, doesn't have a realistic outlook on what a conviction can do to a person's life.  It is an injustice and no one should be expected to just live with it and we can assure those people who think that way, no, we will not stop until justice is done.

For those not familiar with Medusa, the name in common usage "came to mean monster."The book Female Rage: Unlocking Its Secrets, Claiming Its Power by Mary Valentis and Anne Devane notes that "When we asked women what female rage looks like to them, it was always Medusa, the snaky-haired monster of myth, who came to mind ... In one interview after another we were told that Medusa is 'the most horrific woman in the world', well fitting for Christine and Paula.

I understand that people are looking for additional information in our messages.  The only additional information we are going to give, is going to be a suggestion.  We suggest that Christine and Paula go to the Harris County District Attorney's office and tell them you lied to get Robert convicted.  And, Christine, you can go and give your written statement to the Sgt. that asked for it regarding the theft of Robert's property.  It is in both your best interests to do what is right before it is too late.  How about that?

I heard an ole saying that applies to you both, "Beauty may be skin deep (of course, that part doesn't apply to either of you), but ugly goes all the way to the bone (but in your cases, it totally engulfs you).  You both know what you did was wrong.  You both are mean, ugly and grossly immoral. 

We talked about you both this morning and we decided, Christine, you are not that smart.  You get on a national television show and lie again, telling another version of the events of September 15, 2005.  Do not think that we didn't deliver that tape to some people downtown.  But Paula, you are a bit smarter.  After you got Robert convicted, you have been really quiet.  That is not going to do you a bit of good, since your mother can't seem to keep her mouth shut.  She will drag you right along with her.  Did either one of you think that we would just let this go?  If you did, you are crazier that we thought you were.  It will not go away, and we do not care what we have to do to bring you two to justice.  I do not hesitate to tell everyone we know what you both have done, and that includes your friends.  We don't want them to end up down the same road you put Robert.  For the life of me, I do not know how you can look yourselves in the mirror.  You are vile and poor excuses for human beings.

Hey Christine, been called in for that written statement?  Suggest you go and get that done....

We decided to do a bit of looking around for a new trade for Christine and Paula.  We know that they can't read or write worth a crap, so we figured, if the State of Texas would invest a bit more money in the rodeo, Christine and Paula could be "Sweethearts of the Rodeo".  That doesn't even take a GED, which Christine has stated that she has been trying to get for years and still hasn't succeeded.  She's dreaming, but hey, being a rodeo sweetheart is a possibility, except Christine, may we suggest a bit, no excuse me, A LOT of plastic surgery.  I got told by someone the other day that saw the Cristina's Court video, that you look like an old, dried up, well.. you get the point.  They asked me what Robert was doing with someone that mean, ugly and old.  They told me they thought you were 60 years old!  *ROFLMAO*

We also would suggest having someone do a bit of research for you both.  You know, the good ole inmate cookbook.  Or how about looking into another good ole book, "How to Survive in Texas Prisons"?  Then, after a year or so, you could qualify to go to class and you could actually learn how to read and write.  What a thought, then people wouldn't be laughing while reading the slaughter of the English language exhibited when writing your statements.  Don't forget to take ole Jiminy with you!

I do believe that we can confirm that Christine and Paula suffer from PLS, which is Pathological Liar Syndrome".  This is a condition which people will lie, even if the truth would do better.  They will fabricate a story and then, every time they tell the story, they exaggerate it more and more, to the extent that they can't even keep it straight, like Christine and Paula did between the Protective Order and the trial.  They didn't even realize that they had told different versions of the story, to the point that it didn't even make sense to people reading the transcripts.  Then, what do you do when it is on paper?  You take it to the authorities, show them what has transpired, ask them to investigate, indict and prosecute them.

I love YouTube!  I found this video that I thought was quite fitting for Christine and Paula.  Maybe they will get the message.  PEOPLE HATE LIARS!

Christine and Paula, listen to the last thing that this man has to say... TELL THE TRUTH, you will be better for it, people may start to have some respect for you.  You lose friends and family when you lie and you will be alone, except for other liars.  It is never to late to tell the truth, except for when they are slapping handcuffs on you and prosecuting you for aggravated perjury (lying).  The longer the lies go on, the worse things will get for you.  It doesn't take a rocket scientist to prove you lied.  All anyone had to do, was to compare the transcripts. Your lies have been exposed.  Don't say you weren't warned.

Top of the morning everyone!  Things are progressing quite well, slowly, but well.  I would first like to begin by saying THANK YOU to all who we have sent emails of support for the cause.  People can see that Christine and Paula lied to get Robert convicted and they are "calling for their heads on a silver platter"!  Many have asked for the phone number to the Harris County District Attorney's office to make a phone call in show of their support.  The number is (713) 755-5800.  Go ahead, make that phone call.  If you have information you want to specifically tell the investigator, write me an email and I will give you the name and direct line to the investigator handling the case.  Again, thank you again for your support!

Proceeding to get these two indicted and prosecuted will probably be a deterrent to keep people from lying in our court rooms and keep innocent people from being convicted.

Good evening everyone!  I was just doing some looking around and found a picture of Paula, outside, with her friends, which is exactly  the opposite of what she testified in the protective order and trial.  Oh my!  And she has a smile on her face!  Life is so miserable!  Could this be yet, another lie? 

One thing I did notice about this picture.  What is this girl wearing?  And with her bra hanging out?  Being a mother, I would NEVER allow my minor child to be outside dressed like this.  What is this girl thinking, but I have to ask, what is her mother thinking?  Instead of allowing this, her mother should have disciplined Paula and put Paula's fanny in school.  Then maybe, she wouldn't be reading on an 8 to 12 year old level and spelling "feel", "feal".  Oh, but that's right, this is the same woman who supposedly kept calling her child back into the house with a gun wielding idiot.  What mother in their right mind would do that?  And, what kind of mother does that make her look like?  That is so messed up and pathetic. 

I would also question any man that would get involved with these two.  If I were a man, I would keep my distance because they would not hesitate to set them up like they set up Robert.  If you are a man that has any money, you might be safe, that is until you become disabled and your income gets restricted to what you receive on disability.  Oh, but don't worry about Christine, she knows how to commit welfare fraud.  And Christine, you know what I am talking about.  When you received a letter from the welfare department and Robert found out about it. 

If anyone is wondering why we haven't mentioned anything about the investigation, well, we decided to let them do their job.  We know for a fact that Christine and Paula are going to hold out to the very end, that they will wait until warrants are issued and someone comes to get them, which really doesn't matter to us one way or the other.  We have told them over and over again that we are not bluffing, so, it is their choice.  We decided, when it all goes down, Robert and all of us, his family, will get an opportunity for a victim's statement.  We will stress to the jury what these two women have put Robert and us through because of their lies and we will request for them to be set as an example, that they receive the maximum sentences possible for their crimes, which is 2 to 10 years in prison for each count (one for the protective order, one for the trial), and then for filing a false police report.  We will also be requesting restitution from them, for it to start being paid as soon as they get out, which would probably take them the rest of their lives.  What they have done is an atrocity and they have to know that the public will not stand for people telling lies in court to convict innocent people.

Okay, I have to say I have had the best laugh I have had in a long time.  I was reading the MySpace "BooBooKitty"  22 year old female in Houston.  Would you like to guess who that is?  Let me tell you, it is Paula.  Talk about limited, most of the page says "meow".  That is due to the limited education and ability to express herself, of course, that is without lying.  Then you read on... Marlin Manson?   Paula, it is not Marlin!  You need to get an education on this guy before you go and start slaughtering his name.

But, this is the best part, her reading material.  *ROFLMAO*  She lists it as The Crystal Prison by Robin Jarvas.  Our beliefs have now been confirmed.  If anyone knows anything about this series, it is written for a reading level from 8 years to 12 years.  Mind you, this is a 22 year old female.  Yes, subjected to a life of social leeching because her mother took her out of school when she was a little girl to home school her, a mother who didn't even have a high school education herself, which is evident by the MySpace website and the police reports she wrote.  Talk about a disgraceful exhibition for a lack of education.  Oh, and let's not forget that she likes to hang out at the library, which I am sure she has her own little chair in the kiddie section because that is the only level she is able to read, if at all possible. 

Then, she goes on to state she wants children "someday".  I really hope that she does not bring a child into this world.  Then, she would be teaching the child it is okay to sneak boys/men in an out of her window, wander around in the middle of the night and then the taxpayers will have yet another child to support because its mother has no education, nor any ambition.  Please consider going and getting sterilized, the taxpayers have paid enough support.

Let me tell you something little girl.  There is not enough Tidy Cats litter to cover up the smell from the crap you and your mother did.  And for a bit of information, did you know that some prisons let the inmates have kitties as pets?  Maybe you will get your own little kitty. (poor kitty)   But, maybe if you do get one, you will be able to "cat talk" to it since you have "meow" down to a fine art, and you can even spell that.  Did you have to look that one up in the dictionary?  I'm sure you did.  How many tries did it take you?  Is it like "feal", it was so difficult...

Good evening everyone!  It has been a good day!  I made follow up calls today and got some very good news.  When people are listening, and really doing their jobs, it is amazing the things that come out.  Better yet, it is good to hear that really top notch individuals at the Harris County District Attorney's office are doing the investigation.

Oh, and Christine, don't think that the complaint about you and your father lying in Judge Kent Adams' court have gone away, or the theft.  Yes, they are still open, so you just might as well go on down and give your statement, eventually you will have to, one way or the other.  You have the property that you told Judge Kent Adams you didn't take, oh, and be warned, there is PROOF that it didn't belong to you, so don't lie, this time.  Did you not think I wouldn't dig that up?  Again, I did it to prove you are a liar, and like we've told you, lies ALWAYS come out.  And to give you a bit more, what do you think about fraud charges?  Yep, dug up some stuff on that too.  Did you know that the fraud you committed is a federal offense?  Now, how far do you want me to go?  The more time you wait to go give your written statement, the more information I'm going to dig up and give the investigators then, the more charges you will face.  It's your choice.  You can face aggravated perjury and theft, or you can face federal charges for fraud too.  Just think, you can go to the state prison, and when your sentence is completed there, you can be transferred to the federal prison. 

You just think about what you have done and you will KNOW I am not bluffing you.  I will keep digging information up, all the way back to California and will not stop until the Sergeant at the Harris County Sheriff's Dept. calls me and tells me you have gone to his office and given him the written statement.  When he does, I will stop digging up information.  I will tell you, you left more than your medical records in the mobile home when you left.  Yes, Robert found more today and I'm going to start on that tomorrow.  It's your choice, and don't think I don't have the resources to do it, because you know I do.  Try me.

06/21/09:  Good evening, and Christine and Paula Trent:

We thought we would give the public a bit of information on liars, so we found this video.  If you have watched Cristina's Court, then you will notice some of these actions in Christine, especially as she is describing the events of September 15, 2005 and the theft of the shed.  Regarding the events, she fabricates the story more and more every time she tells it.  On Cristina's Court, she states she is drug by the hair of the head.  If course, this is not what was told in the Protective order, or the trial.  Then, when you see her talk about the shed, when she states she took it (of course, this is after she has already lied in Judge Ken Adams' court and said she didn't take it), she says that, then realizes she slipped, looks down and comes back with another lie, "I got it for my birthday."  And for anyone's information, yes, I did some background on that and can prove that is a lie.

After you have seen all this, watch this video, then remember Cristina's Court.  You can absolutely tell she is a liar, a bad one at that.  In fact, so bad she can't even remember what she said from one story to the next.  The good thing is, it is on paper by the court reporters.

Today was an absolutely wonderful day!  Everyday that goes by, something else, or someone else comes out and takes us by surprise.  Yes, we got more information for the Harris County District Attorney's office and trust me, we did not hesitate to pass it on, in fact, rang their phone within minutes of receiving the information.  That old saying about the truth always comes out, even if it is several years old.  Christine, your skeletons are coming out of the closet and we are definitely going to make every attempt to use it against you, just like the lies you used against others.  Things that you never thought would resurface, has.  Paula, maybe you might want to ask your mother about the lies she has told about others, ask her how much trouble she can be in. 

Let's see...  aggravated perjury (several counts) to start, theft, fraud..  hmmmm... that should stack up a few years for Christine.  Oh, and Paula, don't think for a moment we have left you out, because we have full intention of making every attempt to get you in a cell with your mom.  Hey, we want you to have a familiar face to look at in a 6' by 8' cell everyday.  Then, maybe you can study together for your GED.  Now that's quality family time! 

What we want to see, is how much loyalty each of you have to each other.  Will the mother give up the child, or vice versa, in order to save their own skin?  Well, I say Christine will give up Paula.  I say this because Christine abandoned Sara at the hospital when she was a baby and CPS (Child Protective Services) forced her to come and get her.  At least, that is the story that Christine told.  Could be another lie, but don't worry, we are checking into that too.

We noticed that we have hundreds of people visiting today.  We take it that Cristina's Court played again.  Please review the rest of the website and see what these two horrid women have done to Robert.  Please sign the petition to show your support.  Women who use the 911 system, lie and convict innocent men, has to stop!  These type of women destroy people's lives, then go on to live their lives, not thinking about the devastation these people and their families suffer.

We have decided to take a stand against this type of behavior, against Christine and Paula.  Everyone needs to take a stand to stop this behavior!

06/17/09:  Good evening everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent:

It is amazing what starts coming out of the woodwork during an investigation!  More information, that was located last night, was passed on to the Harris County District Attorney's office today.  Thank God for the world of technology!  You can locate people that you thought were long gone, have conversations with people across the world, or in this case, across the U.S.  And, what do you get?  You find out that Christine has told MORE lies.  Imagine that!  I guess that hacksaw from Sears really does need to be purchased, AND USED because that nose just keeps getting longer and longer.  Then, on top of it all, she has taught her daughter to lie. 

I know, we are gong to get a slew of emails wanting to know what we have found, so I am going to tell you now, we can not release that at this time.  Wished we could because it is pretty exciting!  So to all, please be patient.  From the way things are going, it shouldn't be too long now.   

Oh, Paula, don't think we have left you out.  No ma'am.  We've located more on you too.   We want you to understand that we have no intention of separating you from your mother.  We believe that you both should go to prison for the lies you told in that protective order and the trial.  That way, you will have company.  You know, a familiar face.  Maybe you both can teach skills in the wood working shop.  You both have to become very talented with wood working tools to keep those noses of yours nice and trim.

See, I told you both that you could not cover up lies.  They ALWAYS come out, ALWAYS. 

Yes, this investigation is getting better and better with more information coming to light.  What we want to know, is which one is going to give up the other to save their own skin while they are being interrogated.  That should be interesting.  Will they go together, or will they plea bargain to save their own skin?  Will the mother try to blame it on her own child, or will the child turn on her mother?   Since it is evident that neither one has a thread of moral fiber, it could go either way...  That is definitely something to think about.  I would say, that the one that gets to the D.A.'s office first, will probably win.  *laffin*  Or, you both can wait until they complete the investigation, you both get picked up and then they will not believe either one of you, if that is possible, since they know now that you both lie like hell. 

I know, Christine and Paula think we are bluffing.  Let me assure you, we are not.  Paula, it is understandable if you think that, but Christine, you know us better than that, so you better warn Paula that we mean what we say.

Well, with these thoughts in mind...  get your affairs in order..

There was a suggestion regarding a song that someone thought Paula would understand, since she enjoys this type of music.  Of course, we do not condone calling anyone a "female dog" on the website, or condone violence, so please excuse some of the lyrics of the song, but there are many words that fit in this situation after the wonderful meeting that we had last Friday.  Maybe Christine and Paula will get the hint.... hmmmmm..... *laffin*

You both just keep sweating, oh, and we want to give you some good advice, get your affairs in order...  along with a good criminal attorney..  Oh, and we are pretty sure that the University of Houston won't defend you in a criminal case, we called and asked so, I guess you are just going to have to have a "public pretender" or dish out several thousands of dollars for legal fees for an attorney that can't get you out of the mess you both created.  *laffin*

Then, on top of it all, we got ANOTHER call!  This time from a major show host!  Wished we could release that right now, but we are waiting just a FEW days and then we get to catch up with him.  We sent him everything and he called back almost immediately!  That was pretty awesome!  Hey, Christine and Paula, ready to be movie stars and tell, yet ANOTHER version of the story on tape?  Bet says you wouldn't have the nerve.  Oh, and to tell you something... he has looked at everything, including things not posted on the website and he said, it was BLATANT that you BOTH lied!

So, with all that being said, I do believe that today was ANOTHER FANTASTIC DAY!  YEAH!

Well... well... well..  You must have liked your message and picture so well, that you had to look at it several times today.  Christine, have you put a plastic surgeon on retainer?  At least you would have someone to fix your nose every time you told a lie, well, then again, you couldn't afford it because you would be in there every day, all day long.  What do you all do, give away plastic surgery for your noses for birthdays, Christmas and Mother's Day gifts?  Well, if you can't afford the plastic surgeon, it is suggested that you go to Sears and buy  a Craftman saw to trim your nose.  Craftman has a lifetime guarantee.  We want you to know this because it will take great piece of equipment to keep that nose trimmed.

Oh, well, on another note...  IT WAS A FANTASTIC DAY!  I got the phone call I've waited so long for!!!  I can't go into it right now, on here, because I don't want to spoil the surprise for CHRISTINE AND PAULA!!  Everything has been going a bit slow getting there, but I am finally getting what I requested!  Thank you so much Mr. D.F.!  You are awesome and a good man of moral fiber.  Thank you for listening and doing what you said you would do.  We commend you!  THANK YOU.. Oh, Christine and Paula..  Like I said, this is the day I have been waiting for.  I suggest, you take your little fannies down to the Harris County District Attorney's office and confess because, as of today, your days are really numbered.  Your "days" aren't in the double digits anymore..  And, when I say confess, I don't just mean about the property you stole, I'm also talking about how you two lied to get Robert convicted.  Let's put it this way, it only took me ten (10) minutes to convince a man you two lied..  and I'm not even a lawyer.  Think about what a REAL lawyer will do, or let's say, a prosecutor.  Let's see, aggravated perjury, 2 to 10.. hmmm..

06/07/09:  Good morning everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent:

We went back and looked at the video and this is Christine, just getting warmed up with her lies, right before she said that she received the shed for her birthday.  Hmmmm...  Need we say more???

Let me tell you another story.  While Christine was testifying in the Violation of the Protective Order, she stated that Robert made several phone calls from the jail, harassing her.  First thing, Robert was picked up because of her lies, but he did not go to jail (that time).  Then, in another incident, she told an investigator that Robert called her every day, 5 times a day, for two years.  That is over 3600 times.  And yes Christine, I saw the police report and spoke with the officer.  You lied again.

And, I will bet you, that you have probably spoken with your brother about rolling over on you, and he probably told you he didn't.  Trust me, he did.  I spoke with the officer myself, who put it in the police report.  Yes, about the property you stole.  That's right, the one that you and your father told Judge Kent Adams you didn't take, and then you stated in Cristina's Court you did.  See the picture above.  This was right before you told that lie.

A BIG should be stamped on yours and Paula's forehead. Then, both of you should be put out on the curb to be picked up and taken to the dump.

To Christine and Paula, sorry you missed your message this morning.  Yes, we know you have already been on the messages, waiting on the next.  I'm going to make this short and sweet.  I told the man I spoke with the other day, I will tell someone like it is and no one has to question where I stand.  Let me give you an example.  You are lied and stole, that makes you liars and thieves.  Therefore, I call you these things. 

We want to offer you a challenge.  Christine, you said you wanted the website down.  We will make you an offer.  Sue us.  Yes, that is what I said.  Sue us for calling you a liar and thief.  That way, we can bring all this information, plus a bit more, along with witnesses, into a court room and prove it.  You don't have a rebuttal that will stand up in court, and on top of all that, you will look like the liars and thieves you are.  Bring in those "high powered attorneys" you claim to have and see if they can fight what is on paper.  Please do.  We want you to explain the many contradictory statements in all the testimony and police reports.  And, you know what, I will defend it pro-se and will still be able to bust your fannies.  How about that for a deal?

I will be having that meeting with someone at that "special place" soon.  Then, I am going to get the meeting date for the next Grand Jury and present the case against you both.  Of course, that is after I deal with the investigator on the property you stole and the fact that you, Christine, and your father lied to Judge Kent Adams.

I just wanted to you both to know that I went to that "special place" today and had a long conversation about you both.  Your ears should have been burning.  We went over the lies you both told in the Protective order and the trial, along with the other lies in the police report and how you, Christine, and your mother, lied on the Violation of the Protective order and that was the reason it got dismissed.  We also talked about how you stole all of Robert's property and how you lied to an investigator, and you and your father lied about that to a judge.  I PROVED IT ALL AND THE MAN AGREED THAT THE STATEMENTS YOU TWO MADE IN THE PROTECTIVE ORDER HEARING AND TRIAL WERE CONTRADICTORY.  IN OTHER WORDS, YOU TWO ARE LIARS, or that's right and COMMITTED AGGRAVATED PERJURY ACCORDING TO THE TEXAS PENAL CODE CHAPTER 37.  Look it up. So, I will have a phone call back tomorrow, no later than Monday.  And, for you both and the others, (Ms. Busy Body & the "News Reporter"), everything went great...

Okay, this note is more on the serious side.  I will be making a trip today to that "special place".  Christine and Paula, you figure out where that is.  We have had several conversations with people of authority over the last few weeks.  One in particular was a bit interesting.  Want to know something?  YOUR brother rolled over on you.  If you don't get what that means, he snitched on you, gave you up, told on you... get it now? 

AND, on top of it all, you get a visit from an officer and YOU LIED to him too, just like you did everyone else.  Do you think, just because you have not written a statement, that it is over?  It's not.  There is an old saying, "just enough rope to hang yourself", which you have just kept pulling out.  You think because you are ignoring it and not voluntarily writing a statement will make it go away, no.. it won't.  It will just make you look more guilty, if that is even possible. 

You lied to police officers, judges, investigators, etc.. and, let me remind you of something.  WE HAD A JUDGE RELAY THE MESSAGE TO US TO GO DOWN AND FILE PERJURY CHARGES ON YOU AND YOUR FATHER FOR LYING IN COURT.  Get it, theft and perjury.  And, just think, it all started with your own brother rolling over on you.  We just wanted you to know that.  I also wanted you to know that I am going to talk to the "higher ups" today to take them even more evidence against you.  You guess what that is.  Bet you can't.  There is no way to CYA (that's "cover your ass") on this one. 

Did you think you would lie on Robert to get him convicted, trashing his life and that we would just accept it and walk away.  If you should have learned anything over the 13 years you spent within our family, you should have known that would not happen.  Did we tell you it was not over?  Do you not understand that we are going to keep on until we get you and your daughter prosecuted.  Count on it. 

Yours and Paula's ears should be burning a lot today because there is going to be A LOT of conversations about you both.

06/03/09:  Good morning everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent:

Hey, we figured since Christine and Paula are on the level of "Dick & Jane", we figured that they would understand this Sesame Street Movie.  I'm sure they can relate to Pinnochio in this flick since it is sooooooo elementary.  So....  Children.. Ms. Pinnochio #1, and Ms. Pinnochio #2, grab your sippy cups..  But children, don't get to close.  We don't want these two Pinnochios teaching you to lie too. 

And, since you are so uneducated, we thought we would offer you some advice on an elementary level too..  "Dick & Jane, Jump & Run". 

Christine, we know you said you were trying to complete your GED.  That is a joke.  Anyone who teaches their daughter to spell "feel".. "feal", I would say has a long way to go.  Maybe you can make a fake one and hang it on your wall.  It wouldn't be beneath you, besides, you've told so many lies, putting it on paper wouldn't make a difference.  You know, like the lies on paper in the transcripts....  Besides, you making a fake one will be the only way you EVER get a "GED".  You are so mentally deficient, insensate and excess of moral turpitude.

You taught Paula to lie, did you also teach her to sneak men in and out of her window too?  I mean, you're such a good liar, a thief.. and well.. we know what your daughter does, and we figure you set that example too..  so.. you fill in the blank........  The song, "Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves" fits so well...

06/02/09:  Good morning everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent:

Does anyone have a question as to whether Christine Trent is a liar?  Well, let's begin by the lie she told her ex-mother-in-law.  She actually had the audacity to tell her that she was a Houston cop!  Now, this would not be just an insult to the "Boys in Blue", but to ANY law enforcement officer.  That woman doesn't even know what it takes to be a law enforcement officer.  She doesn't even have a high school education.  In fact, she is still trying to get her GED, which I doubt very seriously she could pass.  She couldn't even tell you what the acronym for TCLEOSE stands for much less pass the exam.

Let's imagine what it would be like for Christine to even attend the academy...

Instructor:    "We have a break in at a local supermarket.  What do you do?"

Christine:    "Pick up the phone and dial 911."

Instructor:    "No, you are the officer at the scene, you are supposed to respond."

Christine:    "But I have them on speed dial and I am responding, I'm dialing 911."

Instructor:    "Let's try a new topic, let's talk about the family code and communications."

Christine:    "If you don't like someone in your family, just pick up the phone and dial 911."

Instructor:  (at the gun range)  "Christine, do you see anything down range?"

Christine:  (walking down range towards target) "I'll go down there and see."

Instructor:  "If you have a dangerous felon, who has brandished a weapon, what do you say?"

Christine:  "Don't shoot, or I'll move!"

Day of TCLEOSE test...  Instructor hands test to Christine...

Christine:  (crying)  "I can't read this, it is not on the level of Dick and Jane.."

Now, that is about what to expect...  That woman wouldn't be able to read that test, much less pass it.   Yeah, but she tells people she was a Houston cop.  She has no ethics or morals, and this is the same thing she has taught her daughters.  She has lied her way through life and it is evident, she has taught Paula the same behavior, which is evident by the transcripts and police reports.

06/01/09:  Good morning everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent:

We thought, that since Christine was a year older, that now would be the best time to actually get a job.  No better time to start than the present.  We decided to help her out and post her a resume.  And, why not make it a combo and include Paula??  They might stand a chance with both listed. 

For all potential employers, go ahead and contact the authorities, you just might get lucky and find them at their new residence.  Oh, and if you need the phone number, just contact the sheriff's department.

If, and that is a BIG "IF", anyone would even think about employing either one of these two women, and I use that term lightly, send us a note and we will be more than happy to post it for them.  I'm sure, with dodging the authorities, it is going to be really hard getting them to return a call, getting them to answer the door, or signing for a certified letter.  That is what you do when you are guilty and hiding from the law.

05/31/09:  Good evening everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent:

I'm always being asked to recommend a good magazine.  I thought it would be best to warn the citizens of Harris County, and the surrounding counties, on pathological liars.  Of course, we have a lot of information on this subject, but we would still like to recommend this good magazine...

As you can see, our very own, Christine and Paula Trent were selected as to grace the cover of this month's "Psycho" magazine!  Congratulations! 

We would recommend that you read this magazine cover to cover.  It may help you stay out of jail, but most of all, we recommend that you stay away from these two.  Yes, they are liars, not the best, but could cause you a lot of problems with the Harris County District Attorney's office and Sheriff's Department.  Even though they are pathological liars, they can not keep their stories straight, which is evident by the discrepancies in testimony.  We really believe that the Harris County District Attorney's office may have read this issue.  That's right, because they now know about the lies these two have told in the court rooms.  So, if they can see it, we recommend this amazing magazine to you all! 

Again, CONGRATULATIONS to Christine and Paula Trent for being selected to grace this month's cover of Psycho!  What a wonderful birthday present.. don't you think??

We love the Australians!  They are some of our biggest supporters and we want to thank them for all the support we have received from them.

Personally, Steve Irwin was one of my favorites and I never missed a chance to watch his shows on the telly.  He was awesome!  I wonder what Steve Irwin would have thought on an adventure to Houston and had done a show on some of the most "dangerous creatures" in Harris County.  The story would have possibly gone like this...

Steve: (looking through the bushes) "I thought Australia had some of the most DAAANGEROUS animals in the world, but that was before I came to Harris County and saw these animals that live here!  They are very DAAANGEROUS and live in packs, like dingos, and they call them liars, and boy, can they tell some Porkies!  Most are dimwits and slackers, living off the elbow grease of others and preying on the disabled and weak.  We can't get to close because they are DAAANGEROUS, more than a salt water croc! Let's be quiet and listen.  Let's take a gander...  sssshhhhh....."

Liars (Christine and Paula): "@%$#%%^%%^^^&%%$&*%%$@@#$%&&**^^^%%$#$@@%&**%$###@#$%^##@#%%^^"

Steve: "WOW! Did you hear that? They are lying there arses off!  This is an incredible site!"

We would like to welcome everyone back from the Harris County District Attorney's office and the Harris County Sheriff's Department!  Nice to see that you have come to visit after such a long absence.  If we can be of further assistance in helping you locate more evidence, or clarifying anything, please do not hesitate to call.  You have my number.     

Christine and Paula, people are brought into your life for a reason.  That reason could be many things, but most of all, it is to teach you something.  When you chose to do the despicable things you have done, then we came into your life to teach you the lesson that it is unacceptable to do what you have done.  Your job, is to learn and accept the lesson.  Once you have, and you have paid for your crimes, then our job is over and you will (hopefully) have learned your lesson and use it in other relationships.  In other words, learn NOT TO LIE!

05/28/09:  Good morning everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent: (important information!)

We figured that there are a few things that a person needs to know, especially if they are facing going to a penitentiary.  Prison etiquette is one of the most important lessons you will ever need to know.  You knowing, understanding and following the "rules", could be a matter of life or death.  Inmates, as in any society, have their own "rules".  If you violate those "rules",  cross that line, you stand a chance of putting yourself in jeopardy so, we thought it would be vitally important to share some information with you.  The top three rules are as follows:  (compliments of Jonathan L. Richards) 

1)  Don't snitch!

If you and another inmate have a problem, you settle it amongst yourselves. You do not go to the CO (correctional officer). You do not go to the Counselor or Unit Manager. If you see something going on that shouldn't be, keep it to yourself. It's none of your business. You are an inmate, not a cop (understand that Christine?).

The only exception to this rule that I can think of is if you genuinely feel that your life is in danger.  In this case, the CO will have you moved to the hole. An investigation will follow. If you are lucky you will be moved to another institution. If you are not, the other inmate will be moved or it will be decided that there does not exist a sufficient threat. In both scenarios you will be placed back in general population where you will forever be labeled a snitch.

2)  Mind your own business! 

You'll often hear inmates refer to the term, "Do your own time". This is the equivalent to "mind your own business" and is absolutely paramount to avoiding trouble. In many ways, prison is like high school. A large group of people spend a lot of time together every day for years. Inevitably this leads to rumors, speculation and gossip.

Do not get involved. Aside from the fact that most of the information that floats around is patently false or greatly exaggerated, if you choose to pass gossip along you run the very real risk of being confronted by the inmate in question or of finding yourself in the middle of a heated argument. Avoid the hassle and steer clear of gossip and rumors. Further, due to the utter lack of privacy, you will constantly hear the conversations of other inmates. Do not make an active attempt to listen (Christine, as you did in the court room).  Do not respond to what is being said. If you can't help but to listen, make sure it is not obvious that you are doing so.

Finally, when you are walking around the unit, absolutely do not look into the cubes or cells of other inmates. You will be suspected of being a thief or a pervert and likely quickly confronted.

3)  Don't get too comfortable!

Believe it or not (and it will likely be hard to believe your first few weeks), eventually you will get to know a number of other inmates, you will fall into a regular routine and you will get used to your new home. Prison life will begin to seem quite normal. This is good. But never let yourself get too comfortable. By this I mean, never let your guard down. Always remember where you are. Don't say too much. Don't ask too much. Don't call undue attention to yourself.

In many ways, prison mirrors mainstream society. Over time, certain rules, spoken and unspoken have developed. These rules serve to dictate acceptable inmate behavior and maintain order. Those who disregard the rules are ostracized or confronted by members of the community. The one major difference of course is that in prison there is nowhere to hide and nowhere to go and try to start again. For that reason, it is vital that you understand and adhere to the inmate rules and the prison culture from day one.

Instead of elaborating on them, we are going to suggest purchasing a book.    And, let's suggest another..   I know that they say "Federal Prison", but let me tell you, prison is prison and the rules, administration, classification and orientation are all the same.  One thing I have to say is, these books are very comprehensive and could come in very handy.  Consider them your Bibles.

"They that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same." (Job 4:8)  (both of you..)

"Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." (Galatians 6:7)  (both of you..)
 

These are all so fitting, in so many ways...

Christine and Paula, we decided that we should give you a gift to use in the future, that could be very useful.  One way you can make "friends" at your new residence, is to learn how to make prison hooch (pruno).  (compliments of www.blacktable.com)

Pruno, a prison wine created from fruit, sugar and ketchup, is such a vile and despicable beast in the California state penal system that prisoners can't eat fresh fruit at lunch.

05/26/09:  Good evening everyone, and Christine and Paula Trent:

People talk about what it means to be family.  We have not always stayed in contact, but one thing is for sure, when one needs the other, we come together.  We were that way as children, we remain that way as adults.  There is no way that we would have just stood by and allowed our brother to deal with a wrongful conviction by himself.  That is what a family does, they stick by each other when the time comes that they need each other.  We do not passively sit by and just talk or pass on the events, we do something about it.  Talking does no good, action is louder than words.  Some find this to be a fault, but, they only wish they had what we do, someone who will actually stand up for them. 

For those that have encroached his liberties, defiled his faith in humanity and trampled on him by their lies and the venom they spread, we have a saying that fits perfectly:

"I am the punishment of God... If you had not committed great sins, GOD would not have sent a punishment like me upon you."  Genghis Khan

We decided tonight, that we wanted to dedicate a song to our brother, Robert.  We love you and we will be there with you until the end, which is coming soon...

There is a service available in prison that we left out. (shame on us)  Of course, you will want to do this after you take advantage of the educational services and learn how to read.  You can actually go to church in the penitentiary and, they do let you have a Bible. (fashion and teenage magazines will be a thing of the past for awhile) 

We've decided that you two probably don't have God in your life, so, let us offer you this book.
