Attorney General Ruling
As you all know, we sent a request to the Harris County District Attorney's office requesting the prosecutorial work of Lyn McClellan and Rifian Newaz. As usual, we had difficulty and Mr. Durfee, even though he failed to meet the deadline according to the Government Code 552.301, we finally received a ruling on the request he sent to the Attorney General's office trying to withhold information. We sincerely believe that he did that because of course, it will prove they did no investigation. The extent was, a call received by them from a Constable's officer and they accepted the charges. That is it. With all the trouble we have had trying to get information, we will be surprised if they send the information the AG has told them that they are to release.
